I stayed two days and liked it, so I extended my stay and changed rooms. It turned out to be a nightmare. Facilities: Upon entering the room, I discovered the bathroom light was broken. I notified the front desk, but it still hadn't been fixed until after I checked out. Such inefficiency! Service: The day before check-out, I put some personal belongings, such as clothes, pants, and medication, into two plastic bags. The bags happened to be on top of a trash can, and the cleaning lady probably mistook them for trash and threw them away. But think about it, why would someone treat plastic bags as trash if they contained personal belongings? I reported it to the front desk staff, but they didn't seem to care. I told them I'd give them a bad review if they didn't address it, but they didn't care. This was a very poor service attitude. Environment: Because the hotel is in the city center, it can be quite noisy at night.

The location is right in the heart of downtown. While the room was generally clean, the toilet was old and dirty. It needs to be replaced! It was also incredibly hot in the afternoon when I checked in, and the air conditioning only worked when all the windows were closed. I was speechless. I felt the room price was a bit inflated, and the outdated amenities weren't worth the price.

Friendly reception (but not staffed at check-out, so you put your room key in a box, which was a bit odd). Location was very central (everything within 5 minutes). Hardly heard anyone else in the hotel (except briefly in the hallway). Room: TV a bit small, bathroom large and very clean (toilet paper unfortunately only double-ply), large bed (mattress a bit harder), lighting a bit dim (but large window, but it faces all the other rooms, which is why we mostly kept the door closed), good air conditioning. Overall, a very affordable, clean hotel with standard amenities, which is perfectly adequate for a short trip.

For the high price it was the very last.
