Small gem close to lake Maggiore. Very comfortable room, stuff friendly and helpful. For breakfast you can ask whatever you will get. They even find and make free lactose food and drink.

Clean, comfortable, and the staff are lovely. Rooms have all you need. We have stayed here a few times when in the area due to work. We have always had a great night's sleep, and Arona is beautiful to go out to for dinner. There is plenty of parking too.

I spent, with a good number of friends, three nights at the Luna Hotel from 29th September and at the end of the stay everyone was very satisfied. I add the availability of the staff at the reception to satisfy every need; cleanliness everywhere especially in the room, and again the kindness and availability of the staff at the restaurant / breakfast service, as well as professionalism. Modern hotel with large rooms. I would say a point of reference near Arona and Lake Maggiore to be recommended for sure. Gabriel

Terrible! At the reception rude. We called and they offered us the last room at a rate 50% higher than on booking. We book on booking where it is not indicated that the room is for disabled people. Hair everywhere in the bathroom, the sink doesn't drain water, shampoo and shower gel in the dispensers that don't work, a hair dryer that blows cold air, burnt out light bulbs. In the closet old and dusty blankets. Synthetic breakfast with industrial products, the only positive note, the very kind breakfast lady. The reception closes at 10.30pm and reopens at 8am, it is indicated, but I find it strange for a 4 star!!! Avoid this hovel!

The place is close enough to Arona to be able to define it as convenient for visiting Lake Maggiore. It's also quiet and very clean. I have not found any type of defect apart from the incivility of those who slept on the floor above ours who decided to use my machine to throw ashes on it! This type of incivility is unfortunately not solvable by the hotel!

Aardig motel/hotel, wel wat verouderde kamer en badkamer. Bed italiaans hard, douche klein maar goede straal. Achterkant minder last van de drukke weg waar het aan ligt. Ontbijt dag tevoren opgeven/aankruisen wat je wilt en welk tijdstip! Broodjes beleg drinken yoghurt zelfs soort koffie …. De volgende ochtend staat dan tafeltje met kamernummer waarop alles staat. Beetje apart maar het werkt wel. Parkeren in garage of bij kamer gratis. Veel bussen met groepen. Buiten Arona dus voor bezoek Arona stad auto nodig en (betaald) parkeren bij meer-boulevard of station. Zou hier niet nogeens gaan logeren. Beter iets meer betalen en dan betere ligging en echt hotel.

Hotel Motel molto ben tenuto con camere grandi e ben pulite con un comodo parcheggio sotterraneo che permette di arrivare direttamente al piano della camera. Colazione non a buffet ma varia e ottima servita da personale di sala gentile e sempre disponibile alle richieste dei commensali. Comodo per visitare il lago Maggiore.
