It says on the website that there is airport pick up. My flight was delayed and they left. When I signal and called them again, first they said they cannot come, and then they sent someone who had me waiting for over an hour and didn’t show up, not answering my texts.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Absolutely vile staff, like a lot of other reviews he told us we missed the check in time but we were never given one. This is a very long story but to cut it short, we called the number on the gate to be told you’re too late and can’t stay here. We called the number of the company we booked through and they couldn’t help us. We tried the other hotel in the area and although it was extremely quiet we were told the were full. There was a bar next door and the people sat outside kept shouting abuse at us and we felt completely unsafe staying on the streets near them so we had to walk to the next nearest town with a station. This took us over 3 hours in the dark. Moral of the story, don’t stay here. If you look at the google reviews you can see that the manager sends vile replies back to the complaints… this says a lot about his character.

So, turned up, only to be informed that we'd missed the check in time...as we weren't given one, I tried to reason with the manager there...took nearly an hour to convince him to let us have our room as he was prepared to leave us in the dark, with the gate shut...for letting us stay in our booked room, apparently that meant we couldn't stay there tomorrow but could return the day after that...🤷♂️...being grateful for not sleeping on a park bench, we didn't notice how bad the room was...stained pillows and sheets, filthy bathroom and just the skankiest place I've ever stayed...when I asked about the breakfast, he pointed to a scabby looking Nespresso machine...I'm sure I got bitten by bed bugs...just awful...

I recommend this b&b. The owner, Luciano, is very helpful with everyone. Recommended for both short and long periods. If I have the chance, I will definitely return. The b&b is very close to the station and Conad, in fact they are within walking distance

Dirty, old, no top sheet, very old and yellow pillows, dirty pillowcases, smell, mosquitoes, no air conditioning or fan, very hot room. Pieces of broken glass and papers on the floor. No breakfast, internet was not offered to us.

I stayed here with my partner for 5 days and we had a pretty good time. The room was a bit dated and not very clean, but comfortable. The bathroom had a jacuzzi that didn't work properly. One evening we couldn't find a free parking space (even though it was included) and the very kind owner let us park in front of an abandoned garage, and to apologize they even offered us breakfast. The great convenience is definitely the online check-in at any time.
