Beautiful hotel which was spotless clean. As an all inclusive booking the only access to food post 6pm was evening meal and felt missing access to snacks in the evening. Very relaxed and laid back setting where nothing was a rush. Maybe some.music in and arou d the pool.area during the day and access to more evening entertainment with games or alternative to jusy the band that were playing would have been good. Overall a pleasant stay and loved the room size and walk in shower

The hotel does not require an extra bed because he already has a sofa bed. It is suitable for children to play, there is an outdoor swimming pool, football field and water slide. There is a laundry room and a private passage to go to the beach. There are many restaurants next to the hotel. There is also a kitchen.

The facilities are very well located and very clean, a quiet and cozy hotel. The all-inclusive service is very good and is correct with meal and snack times. The animation for the time of year is very good. The waiters at the pool bar, there is a girl who is very friendly and helpful, the rest are average to bad. They don't have much experience in preparing cocktails and they take too long to serve. If you go with a car, there is parking inside the hotel. I have already visited this
Hotel on other occasions and the truth is that they continue with their very good service policy.

perfect service, valet parking for no extra charge, nice huge rooms, got an upgrade to ocean view room, the only negative part was the mattress (very firm), but we got a topper the next day and were fine anew, wonderful breakfast with egg menu, got a very relaxing massage in the spa, loved the indoor pool, outside pool was not heated in January (to few clients), that was our 3rd stay and we always loved the hotel

What a lovely little hotel. I was attracted to booking it from the reviews of previous guests. As an older woman and always a solo traveller I don't like big chains/hotels so I was specifically looking for a boutique style. As soon as you walk through the door, a big smile is waiting for you. The only let down for me was that I specifically requested a room with a nice view as I'm an artist and had come here to paint. Unfortunately my view from the 1st floor was of the side street and neighbouring villas so I was disappointed in that. However i walked to Olhos De Agua (20 mins at least) and got a taxi to Albufiera (5 euros) and took my paints with me. I didn't use the pool as it looked in the shade. The bed was amazing, huge, nice pillows and linen. Kettle and coffee machine but no milk. Bathroom was a bit of a let down as the shower gel dispenser was broken so I had to use the shampoo for everything and on the spare toilet roll there was excrement from the previous guest maybe? The only suggestion I have would be a full length mirror.

El apartamento, el trato y la limpieza muy bien, pero de lo demás no puedo hablar tan bien.
Es diciembre y el único bar abierto no puede ser en el exterior cuando hace frío, ni tener que recorrerte medio hotel desde la sala de estar para pedir una consumición. Y lo nunca visto: a pesar de ser pocos huéspedes y la mayoría de la tercera edad, se terminó la cerveza de barril. No había ni en el comedor ni el el bar, ni tenían barriles de reserva. Menos mal que después les permitieron servir de botella en su lugar. Tampoco daban agua embotellada para llevar a la habitación. El gimnasio bastante equipado para ser de un hotel, pero ¿dónde se ha visto un gimnasio dónde no haya agua para beber? La única máquina de agua que había estaba estropeada. Tampoco había toallas. Las comidas con poca variedad y muy repetitivas, pero de bastante calidad. En la habitación del apartamento no había ningún enchufe libre para cargar el móvil. Uno que había escondido detrás de una de las mesillas de noche no funcionaba. Creo que no volveremos.

this was our second trip my first trip was last year in the same hotel and it was the best three years we had spent in any hotel we loved the hotel and everything from service to food location everything but this time we were treated horribly at the reception the perrsonal at the reception was the worst a hotel should have as the first contact first of all they gave us seperate bed to a couple and wheen we asked the beds to be joined the reception personal after half an hour waiting for somebdy to come and join the beds told us and that too in the worst possible way that the housekeeping will come when they have time the worst experience anybdy can have in t¡a hotel where u have booked a second time for the treatment u have had earlier i will not recommend anybdy to book this hotel i dont know it was because we booked through trip .com because they treated us real badi am really hurt by the treatment given by the reception staff to a paying client

337CKLLe domaine est vraiment très très beau, la chambre est vieillotte en plus la ménage est à revoir l’odeur d’humidité, et les draps humide c’est pas top, nous sommes arrivé il y avait de la nourriture dans notre frigo nous avons signalé et on nous a répondu que c’est à la dame de ménage elle pensait pas qu’il y avait du monde , donc aucun Check avant l’arrivé.
