This hotel is special. Their staff is fantastic- Gabriela, Eddie, Manuel made us feel right at home. The family really enjoyed the process of getting in the capsule and the ferrata the next day. The food was excellent, we had the 2 plates of pasta. I would recommend-- more towels for the capsule, and a floor towel. Some towel and coat hangers. Would leave drinking water in the room to avoid carrying the extra weight back and forth. A squeegee for the windows would have been nice to have.

I had high expectations, yet it was better than I expected! It will be one of the coolest experiences you will ever have! Super professional and kind staff, clean, modern, place. They tough of everything. The food and drinks are amazing. Tried alpaca for the first time and loved it. The hot tub with a view was incredible! I think you should do it if you are debating. Just do it!!! :)

The whole experience was magical! From the location to the rooms to the service. We went with five teenage kids and they all loved it. It’s great for all ages as long as you’re not afraid of heights. The domes are a great option if you don’t want to climb to the suites.

My wife and I brought our two boys (15 and 19) and my in-laws. We stayed in a 4 person capsule and a dome for two nights. The company was very communicative as it got close to our stay. Pickup at the Cusco airport was smooth and the travel to their location was smooth. They used 4-wheelers to bring us and our luggage up the last bit. They had welcome drinks ready for us and made us some food - we arrived around 2pm and hadn’t eaten since traveling into Peru. They also made us some tea to help with the altitude and gave us each a complimentary bottle of wine for the rooms. The dinner menu is as described in other reviews - we thought it was all very good. Breakfast was coffee and tea, eggs scrambled or fried, bread with butter and jam and a fruit bowl or juice. It was very good. The hike to the domes were as we expected. They brought our luggage for us. The altitude made the trip tiring, but we quickly recovered. The capsules and domes were as we expected from pictures and reviews. We were happy with accommodations. Be prepared to bundle up to sleep. We absolutely loved the via ferrata. We’d highly recommend the hike if you are able to. The guide (Juan Carlos) was terrific. Our boys loved this adventure.

This was a wonderful experience! We had such a great time. We had wonderful guides and a great driver. Everyone was really accommodating. Kind and encouraging. Make sure to take your time and have fun! prepare for a challenge and have confidence!! We loved it!!

If you like adventure sign up for the Via Ferrata along with the suspension bridge and zipline. An incredible place with the magic of the Andes all around you.
