This is a very good hotel, the location is excellent, the room cleanliness, Room Amenities (air conditioner, mini-refrigerator, lighting, balcony, etc.)were EXCELLENT
The bed and pillows was excellent, I slept very well.
EXCEPT there was No Hot Water, the water heater in our room was not working, we were lucky it is summer and very warm so somehow were able to shower with no hot water,
There seems to be INADEQUATE Staff , I arrived there in the afternoon and there was NO ONE st the front desk
I kept on hitting the buzzer but still no one came out, until after half an hour,
So far the female employee was nice, except that it took her half an hour to show up,
Upon check out there was a male employee at the front desk who is QUITE IMCOMPETENT to deal with guests, he just could not understand anything guests are telling him, and just to hide his Incompetence he just said
"bago pa lang ako dito" (I'm still new here)
Despite the no hot water and the kind of hotel staff we were very satisfied with the hotel.
