Positive. Great price. Good food and drinks. Not bad room.

Had blood on duvet when arrived. Took 2 days to change.
Room was cleaned once in 6 nights. Told them daily 3 times a day but still couldn’t manage it. Other guests mentioned similar issues. Still good value for cheap price we paid.

The location of the hotel is very good, the cleanliness is at an average level, there is no shower by the pool, you have to go to your room. The food is mediocre, ignore it.

Just returned from another amazing stay at this hotel. It was perfect and I need to commend Taner and his team for continuously making improvement The grounds and pool area are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Food has massively improved with a great selection and specials like kebab and omelettes and eggy bread for breakfast and dinner. Everything was clearly labelled and covered from flies Drinks at the pool bar were great as usual. Got to love a vodka slushie 😂 The staff at this hotel are so friendly and accommodating. Tolga ran the bar and restaurant with a smile on his face and Hilmi was brilliant as usual, multitasking but always smiling. Reception staff were very helpful I had a superior room which I couldn't fault. It was beautiful and regularly cleaned Can't wait to go back !

The friendly staff and fellow guests made our holiday at this hotel. On the upside the pool and outside areas are good and well maintained (it's like an oasis), the hotel is very well located in Olu Deniz, the bed was comfortable and the Aircon good even if it looked broken. The food may not be to everyone's taste but I thought the salads were outstanding, the soups were good and the hot food tasty enough. If you're expecting full English breakfast every morning and steak and chips every night then look elsewhere. This is a Turkish food in a Turkish hotel. What really let this hotel down was the shabby room and it's cleanliness. The rooms shown in the photos are not like the room we stayed in. You shouldn't have to complain 3 times and contact your holiday company to get a room cleaned after 4 days. If you're not supposed to flush paper down the toilet then daily cleaning is essential, leaving a toilet bin for 4 days is unhygienic. We had other issues during our holiday like faulty hairdryer, missing batteries and despite asking for our key and having it for 4 hours, when the hotel returned out key to us nothing had been fixed! It is a real shame as just a bit of effort in the right areas would make a massive difference to the guest experience.

Stayed in room 307 for a week with my husband after booking via Easyjet. The hotel is in a great location, the pool is good and staff are friendly. The grounds are well maintained. We could not fault the bar or bar staff. We thought the salads were excellent and the hot food was quite tasty. We didn't eat out at all. Where this hotel needs to improve is on the rooms, in particular the cleaning. We did not get clean towels or sheets for the whole stay and nobody came to empty our toilet bin or bring new toilet rolls until day 4 and this was after complaining 3 times and contacting Easyjet. The room itself had a dirty floor that was not mopped properly, the shower had dead insects in it all week, the toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall and the toilet seat was wobbly. The hairdryer had an issue with wiring which meant it only worked if you held the lead, there was an issue with the electric staying on on the room and you had to swap batteries between air-conditioning and tv remote as some were missing. I reported all these issues to the hotel manager in a note (see photo). I would stay again if these issues are addressed and generally we had a good holiday.

My wife and I have just returned from a 7 day holiday staying at the akdeniz beach hotel in olu deniz turkey we were first put in a third floor room but my wife has mobility issues and struggled with the stairs so the next day we were moved to a ground floor room! The staff at the hotel from cleaners to the guys who cleared the plates and did general upkeep of the grounds and swimming pool to reception staff were all very friendly and helpful the young lady that worked the bar always had a smile and a cheery greeting the food was basic but very nice and a good selection! The pool was very clean and tidy overall it was an enjoyable week and I would certainly return! A very relaxing experience
