Booked this holiday at the last minute. The reviews for the hotel were great, so we went for it . On arrival, we were met by 2 friendly members of staff who were very welcoming and helpful. We were taken to our room but unfortunately the room was very disappointing. Not cleaned, mould in the bathroom with a strong smell of damp. However, this was immediately rectified with no issues. The room we swapped with was more than acceptable. Maids cleaned daily, fresh towels, bedding, and toilet roll. The hotel is situated in an ideal spot central to all bars, restaurants, and shopping and a 5 minute walk to the beach Most of the staff were friendly and liked to chat. Omar, the photographer, is great. Friendly, comical, and never fails to take your photo even when you've tried to hide. Lol. Photos are reasonably priced with lots of options. The only reason we've not given a 5 star is due to the food. We all have our own tastes and opinions, but for us, it was poor, all meats in sauces, food not labelled, and if you have an allergy or intolerance, you will not be able to eat. We ate out morning and evening and found lots of options for intolerances, and prices were reasonable. Cocktails and fresh juices were not included in AI. Coffees or alternative juice could be had from a machine. Water dispenses were also available. There were no issues with sunbeds, but in peak season, this may change. Pool is a lovely depth, with steps to enter, and the area is spotlessly clean. Sugar Beach is a must a beautiful area in a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Rent a cabana . (We paid £20 / 1000 TL for the day ) 11am until 5 pm and went twice. Bus from outside the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this hotel if you are OK with the all-inclusive food options. Our day of leaving the maids dressed our bed with fresh red roses. Not long back from our 5th great stay in the Karbel. It was good to see the restaurant has been reorganised. The food as always was lovely. Our room was spotless and kept clean with regular changes of towels and bedding. It was great to meet the regular staff who always make us feel welcome. All the staff go out of their way to help make your stay comfortable. A new addition was the Customer Liaison person who was very friendly and helpful. This time we had our photos taken by the ever friendly Omar. The pics were excellent. Our only negative is the bar area where the volume of music and microphone use is at times ear splitting, however it doesn't seem to annoy those bar regulars, perhaps they're already deaf. There are areas of the hotel we retired to for a more relaxing time. A special mention for the hotel hairdresser, who again did a great job. Also a new addition is the pancake lady in the snack bar.

the hotel was lovely and clean the food was fantastic they have daily entertainments, the pool aerobics are fun to do they also have a traditional börek making lady every afternoon who is lovely. the beach is very close to walk to all staff are friendly and kind.

A very family friendly hotel, in a perfect location 500m from a beautiful beach. Food is great room really good and staff super helpful. Omer the camer man is a brilliant guy so friendly also takes the most amazing photos. Entertaining staff are great friendly funny lovely to be around.

Perfect food really clean rooms and happy people next time I will comeback to here exactly. Happy people now my favourite country is turkey because of this hotel. My every day is happy it’s make me like that. I prefer to this hotel for everybody thanks for every staff but specially Mr Emre❤️

the staff are very friendly but the food is poor in choice can do with more variety the rooms are basic the cleaners never cleaned my bathroom. the pool is good size and the beach is close to walk to. lots of shops to shop and buy overall had a fantastic time

So happy my friend brought me to this fantastic hotel . Had a great time. Food lovely, everyone well catered for. Staff brilliant especially Berkay . Always a lovely atmosphere, nothing too much trouble. First time in this hotel and country. Wouldn't be my last. Thanks everyone for a great time.

Came here for 10 days with a friend , had a brilliant time cannot fault the hotel at all , food was amazing , plenty of choice , hotel rooms cleaned daily , entertainment staff especially berkay , were all fabulous , the shows were brilliant , all different shows and activities to keep you busy and entertained , perfect location for the beach , shopping , local transport , very family orientated hotel ...JUST AMAZING...COME YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!
