The food was fabulous here! The complimentary breakfast was the best! The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner but otherwise great stay!

We love staying at ES properties and we plan to again. This particular stay was out of the norm. Room was “picked up” but not clean. We had to call for clean glasses, the tile floor was sticky, long hair left in the bathroom, and the comforter was stained.

I still like the hotel and it's the best location in the Old Market. That being said, after you pay $200-$250 for the night, being gouged $23 bucks for parking is completely ridiculous.

Overall it was a good stay, but the following was lacking. Cleanliness of the room. A pair of slippers were left in the room from a previous person so the floors were not vacuumed. When the cleaning crew came in they took some trash out but not all. The living room was cold but bedrooms were very warm. Starbucks never had a full menu the 2 day stay, just normal orders couldn’t be made. It was a very family friendly hotel, and overall we would stay again.

This has always been our hotel of choice when staying in the area. The last few years it's just not been the great standard it used to be. It's sad when even my teenage kids are requesting we go to a different hotel next time as this one is just not the same as it used to be. Customer service is still great but we notice they are constantly having to apologize to someone for something that has been changed by management or corporate, whichever the case might be, and that alone is sad the employees are taking the bad attitudes from some of the people. For our family it's just time to move on to other places nearby.

Great updates and renovations since I stayed here years ago. Customer service and hospitality from check in, to bar and housekeeping were friendly and exceptional.
