The second and third bedrooms share a newly remodeled bathroom. The basement is furnished with a HUGE couch, TV, a daybed with linens to sleep 1 person, and a table for cards or games. Within walking distance of the house, there are 4 - 5 restaurants and a coffee shop. There’s a Mexican restaurant, pizza place, Italian, etc. They’re about .6 miles walk. Additionally, there’s a large outdoor mall and an indoor mall, both within a 5 minute drive.
