Our flight was delayed and our car rental fell through so we ended up taking a taxi from Bergamo. It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the incredible terrain.The following morning Alessia organised a taxi for us to get to Brescia with no issues at all and she was extremely helpful and nice ! We can’t thank Edin enough for saving our holiday !!! We would have loved to have thanked Edin personally and express our gratitude, we hope he gets the credit he deserves. Grazie Mille

Hotel con ottima posizione al centro della Franciacorta, personale cortese e gentile ottimo ambiente pulito buon rapporto qualità prezzo hotel a pochi metri dalla clinica San Rocco ottima posizione per familiari e amici di persone ricoverate presso la clinica .

Ottima la stanza tripla che ci hanno dato, davvero bella! Offriva inoltre un'ottima privacy tra il letto matrimoniale e quello singolo (divano letto), diviso da una porta. Bagno spazioso e pulito, anche le stanze molto ampie. Il personale poi molto cortese e disponibile, è stata davvero un'ottima permanenza!

Sono stata in questa struttura diverse volte ed è sempre un piacere tornare. Personale gentile, preparato e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione a buffet varia e di ottima qualità. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!

Bravi tutti , Accoglienza fantastica , personale gentile e preparato, camere pulite . Colazione a buffet senza farci mancar nulla , buonissima ! Buonissimi pasti al ristorante con pasti completi ed abbondanti , nel cuore della Franciacorta con innumerevoli cantine da visitare per gli amanti del vino e soprattutto delle bollicine . Complimenti , dalla direzione all'accoglienza alla pulizia e alla cucina . Non capisco certe recensioni! Bravi tornerò
