If you're renting, or if you're confident walking, the location is fine.
The buses run infrequently, and after dusk, you'll have to walk for 20 minutes on pitch-black dirt roads without any streetlights.
Aside from that, it felt like a trailer trip, which was great. The newly built car was spotless, with all the props and bedding. The frozen lunch boxes weren't bad, and I really appreciated the microwave in the room.
