一天只接受14組客人，非常優質既體驗同好既服務，不過酒店房整體係有啲舊。酒店位置近乎完美，對正日出！

初めての宿泊でした。 お盆に宿泊しました。 スタッフの対応はみなさん丁寧でよかったと思います。 夕食はフレンチで美味しいと感じましたが、 ちょっと期待していたせいか、もうちょっと テンションが上がったらよかったと感じました。 朝食はちょっとイマイチ。 残念だったのは部屋の真下のスペースに なんかリネンかなんかのストックするスペースがあるみたいで毎日ホテル のサービスの車がとまる時があり期待していたプライバシーがなかったし、プールから見た時もスタッフは挨拶もせずにそのまま。ちょっと煩わしかったです。 サービス動線が目の前というのはありえないと思います。 プライベートプールの水質はいい感じですが、 一部タイルの部分にサビがあったりとか 壁の吹き付け部分が剥がれていたりとかあり テンション下がりました。 お手入れがいる時期にきていると思います。 お風呂も最高水位の指示があったりとテンション下がりました。 期待が高すぎたせいか、気分がちょっと落ち込んだ感じになりました。 冷蔵庫はフリーとテンション上がりましたが、 100パーセントのジュースなんか有ればテンション上がったかも。 ルームサービスも夜はおつまみ程度で残念でした。 まぁ、夕食付きでの価格なので 人によっては安いと思うかもしれませんが 全然テンションがあがらなかったので どうなんだろうという感じです。 ただ、スタッフの方はみなさん丁寧な対応でしたので、腹が立つこともなくゆっくり過ごせました。 お食事が全般的に改善されるといいかなあと思います。

客室内の設備が古すぎる。 チェックイン後案内されている際に、"残念ながら部屋から夕陽は望めないんです、理由は西陽が入り客室内の温度が上がりエアコンの冷房では冷やしきれないからです。"と説明がありましたが、外に出れば真夏の沖縄で、部屋の中に入り快適という瞬間は一度もないくらい、エアコンが効きませんでした。 食事は先に結論を申しておくと、お鮨は食べてないので評価できませんが、フレンチは絶対にお勧めしません。 鉄板焼きはとても美味しくいただきました。 フレンチですが、ちょうど夕陽が綺麗な時間帯で写真を撮りながらいただいていました。 料理の説明は基本的にしてましたが、料理を持って来たタイミングで私たちがドリンクの追加などをすると、料理説明は忘れていきます。 2部制の一斉スタートで、私たち以外の組が少しペースが早く、次の料理が運ばれて来たのですが、前の料理がまだ食べ終わっておらずテーブル上にあったところ、持って来た料理の皿で置いてある皿をどけるように、皿同士ぶつけてスライドさせて置いていきました。 頭の中？？？になりました。 どんな安い町の食堂へ行ってもそのような扱いを受けたことはないですし、周りの料理人たちにもこの話をしたところ呆れて失笑していました。 値段云々ではなく、その人の人間性なのでしょうね。 まだサービスにも慣れていない若いスタッフなのだと勝手に思ってましたが(慣れていない若いスタッフだとしてもこんなスタッフを客の前でサービスさせるべきではない)、 このホテルに宿泊した方のブログにそのスタッフが載っていて、それなりに勤務経験のあるバーテンダー？のような方でした。 一泊20万弱という高い値段を払って、料理は不味く、サービスもビジネスホテル以下なんて、どうりで普段から一流のサービスを受けているリッチな方々が見受けられないのだと思いました。 もう二度と宿泊することないですね。 値段は一流ですがホスピタリティに足らないホテルです。

コロナ禍にあり、あまり他人と接触せずに過ごせる事。送迎をして貰える事が決め手で宿泊を決めました。前泊していましたので、お願いしたらおもろまち駅でレクサスにピックアップして頂けました。寒い時でしたのでプールは無理でしたが、一面に海を見渡せる部屋。冷蔵庫の飲み物、ラウンジ、お酒もたっぷり。夕食の鉄板焼と部屋でセットして貰った朝食。食事は、イマイチ何かが足りない感がありましたが、帰りにおむすびのお弁当も用意していただき、心遣いが伝わってきました。スタッフの皆さんも気軽に声をかけてくれ、とてもフレンドリー。 このホテルは、一人じゃ勿体無い。どなたかとお忍びで行くにはピッタリ！の場所ですよ(笑)
