A bit off the main tourist areas. You need to pay to use for amenities like gym, pool towels etc

Spent a lovely night with the family. The beach was gorgeous and the views were amazing.

Room is big and clean, nice buffet breakfast with two choices of restaurant.

The room felt very spacious (advertised as 30 sq. m, likely the actual usable area), and there were a table and chairs on the balcony. The hotel has an excellent location, facing the sea with a fantastic beach on one side, and a main road on the other, very close to a bus stop. There's a Family Mart convenience store just over a hundred meters away. The airport shuttle (blue line) goes directly to the hotel lobby entrance. It's a large hotel with various shops and a children's playground, typical of a resort.

Hello everyone! We stayed at Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay from October 3rd to 10th, 2025. The hotel’s location is convenient — not right next to the main attractions, but getting there from Naha Airport is easy. There’s a direct airport bus that takes about an hour and a half and stops right at the hotel entrance. When we checked in, we were first given a room on a lower floor, even though we had asked for a higher one when booking. The next day, the staff kindly moved us — really great service and attention to detail. We chose the half-board option (breakfast and dinner). The food was excellent — tasty, diverse, and offered in several themed areas: European, Japanese, Chinese, and Okinawan. Besides the main restaurant, there are plenty of other places to eat on-site — a BBQ area, Japanese izakaya, dessert buffet, and a cozy traditional café. The beach is small but very clean, with lifeguards always on duty. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented for a small fee, and towels are available for free with hotel coupons. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, which made it peaceful and relaxing. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Some parts of the interior look a bit dated, but that’s easily balanced by the stunning ocean views, fair pricing, and overall comfort. All in all, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a calm, relaxing getaway surrounded by beautiful scenery. Highly recommend! 🌸

The sea view room offers a beautiful scenery! The hotel's beach and pool are also stunning. However, they charge guests for using the beach chairs on the beach. The self-service laundry room is very convenient. It's a great option to choose between a breakfast buffet or a lunch buffet! The lunch was good, especially the pork shabu-shabu which left a deep impression! The hotel's brochure didn't mention the public bath, so it was a pleasant surprise when we found it.

I had a decent stay here. The hotel is nicely located and has a lot of different restaurants and facilities for guests. I particularly liked the BBQ restaurant. It was a nice surprise getting dinner discount vouchers and also a massage voucher. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a let down was the lack of water replacement in the rooms. I got a voucher for one bottle of mineral water, but not enough for each day. The hotel is also very dated and needs a revamp. The room had a bit of a smell in it, and lots of stains on the carpet. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, but the food at times tasted a bit stale. The hotel has potential of being exceptional if they took time to renovate the rooms and make minor adjustments to breakfast. Overall I had a good stay.

Since 2015, we have visited this hotel numerous times and always enjoyed its wide array of amenities. The hotel features a game room, public bath, spa, and sauna, ensuring guests have plenty of ways to relax and unwind. Additionally, it offers a diverse menu of activities, including unique marine sports, making it perfect for those seeking adventure. Situated within the Okinawa National Beach Park, the hotel provides easy access to the beach, allowing guests to step out and enjoy the beautiful coastline. The hotel also houses three stores, offering convenient shopping options at any time. We especially appreciated receiving free coupons when room service wasn’t required. Breakfast at the hotel is truly exceptional, with a variety of choices available. We particularly enjoyed the sushi bowls served on two mornings during our stay. The dining area is thoughtfully designed, with both indoor and outdoor seating that ensures privacy between tables. Dining while gazing at the stunning sea view was a delightful experience. However, one issue marred our otherwise pleasant stay. On the night of our arrival, two family members used the public bath and were informed that the fee was 300 yen per person. Yet, upon checkout, we discovered we had been charged 1800 yen for their visit. Despite asking the receptionist twice for clarification, she insisted this was the correct charge for two people. My family members noted that other guests had paid 300 yen in cash before entering the bath, but since they didn’t have cash on hand, the fee was billed to our room. This discrepancy felt unfair and left us disappointed. Overall, despite this billing issue, we greatly enjoyed our time at Rizza Sea Park Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Excellent family vacation hotel. Nice indoor and outdoor pool . Private beach. Many restaurants to choose from and a cozy beach light meal restaurant by the beach. Mini supermarket and other amenities to suit customers. Parking fee is very reasonable plus superb friendly staff.

The hotel, staff, breakfast, food at Izakaya and the performances were great. Also that you can walk like „forever“ on the beach is really nice. The only thing I don’t get is why the coffee in the room for one person is only for the first day. The other days you have to buy it.  Unfortunately the onsen is also not for free. But, if you don’t want your room cleaned you get a voucher for 1000yen which paid for the onsen.  The massage I got was very good and I got a voucher for a 20% discount.  If you don’t have a car you have to do some research on the buses, and the buses are usually late in Okinawa.

Wonderful view and location, kids have a lot of fun on beach and swimming pools,also beach side BBQ experience.

The hotel has amazing view as I chose Deluxe Ocean View. The only pity thing is that the airport limousine bus doesn’t go to this hotel.

The room was better than I'd expected. Although the decor was a bit dated, it was clean, tidy, and quite spacious. The bed was also large enough, so sleeping with our child didn't feel cramped at all. The weather wasn't great during our stay, which meant the sea wasn't very inviting, and we didn't get to use the children's play facilities on the beach. Both the outdoor and indoor pools had children's slides; they were decent but not huge, offering all the essentials. Before checking out, I informed the front desk that I needed to go to the airport, and they kindly arranged a shuttle bus for me. It took less than an hour and a half to reach the airport, and we didn't even have to walk to an outside bus stop. The shuttle was very prompt. We booked the hotel very last minute, and it was during the peak summer season (even with a typhoon, other hotels were incredibly expensive at that time!). For a price of just over 2000, including breakfast for two adults and one child, I still think it offered good value for money. As for dining, the breakfast spread was enormous; you could find almost anything you'd want. Their buffet dinner also offered excellent value. We tried the Japanese restaurant, and with the 10% discount voucher from the hotel, it was only just over 100 per person. You could even make your own sashimi bowls, and the food tasted great. Finally, there were quite a few things that incurred extra charges, which slightly detracted from the overall holiday feel.
