Great place to stay. The rooms and washrooms are clean, very well maintained and so hygiene. The food was good, tasty and with less spicy as requested. Even Though we ordered late but they prepared freshly and delivered at room door step. Staffs are very good and supported well. More comfortable. Especially my kid enjoyed talking to them. We celebrated my birthday with the staffs. Wanted to make them feel happy. We loved the resort, calm place, wonderful balcony view points. Thanks to ***ager and all supporting staffs. Overall memorable trip. Kudos.

The place at which it located is awesome. Balcony view is amazing. The room service and auto arrangements for near by locations visit are good. Rooms are neat and clean. Food was well prepared. Morning buffet is very nice and worth to visit again the resort for its buffet breakfast.

I have been to this place couple of times and I can say it’s on of the best resort in Ooty. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mr. Clinton who has taken care of us very well… I would strongly recommend this place for value for money.

We had stayed in the said property between 21st April to 23rd April. It was really a great experience staying there as it had a serene atmosphere with tea plantation adjacent to the property. The food was like home made with great taste. The staff were helpful and courteous. Mr. Clinton - GM and his deputy Mr. Pandian guided us and were always helpful. The property had good parking space. The approach road to the property at that time was under construction, hence we had to take a longer and narrow route. Hope it would have been completed by now. Overall a great stay Ganesh Shetty

Located midst of the nature and a green tea estate, the Palve Sugavasam resort offers a calm, cozzy, and comfortable stay. The rooms and washrooms are well maintained and so hygenic and is really a best place for family and friends gatherings. The resort has their own restaurant providing tasty food. On bookings they are giving complimentary breakfast too. The hospatality of the ***agement and the staff was so warm and homly. I strongly recommond Palve Sugavasam Resort of Udhaga***dalam (Ooty) for a fine, affordable stay.

The stay in Palve Sughavasam was extremely wonderful. Starting from Mr. Clinton who is the MD of the resort to the admin staff Mr.Murali was really helpful and gentle with explanations for all our queries. Food was ok'ish but ***ageable. Room service was the only issue we encountered during our stay. This may be because of the rush during our staycation petiod. We will recommend to my colleagues! .

We booked the room just for one day since we were bit afraid while seeing the previous reviews,,,, but now we can clearly say this place deserves a five star rating , especially the service of mr Clinton is really appreciable. 1) Excellent place , close to Ooty town,, 2) excellent room,and 3) excellent service . Since we are having good comfort we extended one more day stay here ,,,,hats of to the team pave sugavasam ,i suggest this place to all
