The Rooms are not good and smell. The Reception staff is not user friendly. Not having basic Amenties like child play area, Gaming Area for relax. We couldn't find much varities in the restaurant. They wont provide complementary breakfast. It's worst experience after paying the high price. If your budget is less than 2k then only prefer this resort.

My worst experience in hotels since 15+ years of travelling home & abroad. It was recommended to me by a friend and he got his share of feedback. The sofa was damaged, TV in one room was broken, couldn’t dare to try their food, walls were dirty with torn wall posters and ***y more issues. Room amenities were also not provided even though they have plenty in stock at reception. I highly suggest the ***agement to improve the rooms and don’t fool guests.

The ***aging director was overcharging above and beyond the minimum booking amount required to confirm booking. When confronted he said its new years time and we cant afford to earn less. I objected to paying more money and only willing to pay as per policy to which he said you cancel the booking in an extremely arrogant ***ner. He told me to cancel booking if i am not going to agree and i did and he has not refunded the pre booking charge yet. He basically pilfered me for a measly sum of Rs. 5000. The hotel is run by this HOTEL mafia SRIKANTH REDDY AKA BASTARD REDDY.PLEASE CONFIRM ALL DETAILS ABOUT BOOKING BEFORE YOU CHECK IN AS THEIR POLICY IS NOT CONSISTENT AS THE OWNER HIMSELF IS A FRAUD
