Oxygen Resorts Ooty

We had a six-day stay at Oxygen Resorts in Ooty, and I must say that my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The staff at Oxygen Resorts was friendly and accommodating. In particular, Karthik at the front office stood out with his polite and helpful nature. He ensured a smooth check-in process and was always available to assist with any queries or concerns. However, there were a few areas that left me less satisfied. The most significant letdown was the quality of food. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short of expectations, with the meals being disappointing in terms of taste, variety, and presentation. Another drawback was the absence of WiFi availability. Additionally, the resort's location at the entrance of Ooty, beside the main road, was a double-edged sword. While it provided easy access to the town's attractions, it also meant that the noise from passing vehicles could be quite bothersome.Despite the aforementioned shortcomings, Oxygen Resorts in Ooty still has its merits. The vintage look, friendly staff and pleasant ambience contribute positively to the overall experience.

It's not highfi latest property. Basically if our mind understands OLD is GOLD. It suits us. It's heritage one. The staffs behavior excellent. Head person Mr Karthik nice guy. Who guided & serviced us the best in his power. And more over fine

Not getting call through phone..very bad experience.pls arrange a valid number for calling customers to resort.waiting for valid reply from resort ***agement for why there is no staff for attend calls

We planned for Ooty tour in October 23.we stayed at oxygen resort Ooty during 21 October to 25th October 2023. Our pleasent stay was just because of Shree Madhuri Maurya corporate office Mumbai and Mr. Sastha@ Ooty resort.Ma'm Madhuri so much helping us in booking and check in and Mr Sastha provide very good facilities @resort and also all staff members are very friendly and of carrying nature.so it is memorable tour to us due to madam Madhuri Maurya and Mr Sastha

Nice location, friendly staff. Well maintained resort. Accommodation is family friendly. Vijay at restaurant is very friendly and accommodating for preferences. Food is great and care taken not to repeat items day after day

Pathetic front office service, making a very first impression very negative. Denying the category rooms which I booked. Making me to wait with my family a long time in the rainny season. Felt very bad, is this the present ***agement quality of club oxygen?. My member ship id no - 23284.i have almost stayed in all your properties, found your service great, but this time you broke everything. Got the room which I booked after a long time with the support of chennai office team only. How can one expect a good happy holiday when the first check in experience itself is horrible?

The main problem with this hotel is its deluxe rooms. It has 3 side walls with glass. In the chilling cold of Ooty it is not feasible to have a room with glass. Even if they provided a room heater it was not sufficient for the room size. The photos shown by hotel are of heritage rooms which are mostly not available. For actual photos of deluxe room please check the photos attached. During room service they did not change the towels next day. When we asked why they gave some silly excuses. For drinking water, they provided a bottle of 5 litre instead of 1 litre bottles or jar. The breakfast had limited options but taste was good. The room size was big and it has two big beds. They are charging 7500 per night which not at all justify this facility. There are ***y better options available at cheaper price in Ooty.

If you get amazed with these photographs of this property,then you are nicely fooled by the great boby chem***nur.just like their other resorts this property also below par and the facility they offer is terrible.rooms looks like heritage type in the photos and actually its a container type arrangement and the bathroom and rooms are lacking of amneties.hospitality is ok with the staff but i got irritated with listing if this resort as a four star resort.and people are giving five star rating is really surprising.looks like these are paid reviews.dobt get fooled with these reviews and photos.nit recommending to anybody.if you are looking for a lodge,then this oxygen resort suits you.please avoid

It was our first stay in oxygen resort after we took membership with them. We stayed in chair***’s bungalow near doddabetta. This is their new property. Well maintained place, nice ambience, close to nature, good staff
