QUICK RESPONCE. FOOD SUPPLIED IS GOOD BUT A BIT LATE. AMPLE PARKING. LOCATION IS TRICKY BUT VERY NEAR TO CENTRAL BUSSTAND OOTY. SWIGGY AND ZOMATO AVAILABLE. ROOMS ARE GOOD. HOT WATER IS AVAILABLE WHENEVER YOU WANT.

Very bad experience. Need to do improve your service and quality else guests will never come to stay in home stays type of place. Room cleanliness not there, inspite of elite room. No wifi range in elite room . Need to put another router to get coverage. Hot water problem. Only 2 lights working in elite room. We were almost leaving in dark in elite room. Not worth of money. We could have got far better place to stay with this money in Ooty.

Our Visit was pleasant and very comfortable where we had a very good experience and the hospitality by the hotel ***ager was very good. The only thing is they can keep back side steps like Zostel so that we can climb the steps and come to the hotel instead of coming around. Overall good experience and nice Hotel.

This is not for family .Only for drinkers and people without family .Just for fun . ***ager is heavy drinker himself .When we asked him to adjust our room he behave very rude . Other rooms there were boys group with one girl .You can clearly guess what kind of activity going on there .

I booked a deluxe room on first floor. I stayed with my parents. Room was beautiful n clean. Services also were very good. My parents were very happy with the service. Thank you RK homes for making my stay pleasent.
