Very beautiful hotel by the Sea. Room was big with splendid sea view from the balcony. Relaxing spa zone. Personal is very kind and hospitable and we feel great. Brekfast was avesome with lot of choices and food is general delicious. We visited hotel Navis twice and plan to come again soon.

Second time staying here - incredibly friendly and efficient staff- great views and really comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Great hotel ! We can only recommend it ! Calm situation, private access tonthe sea, big comfortable rooms, very nice view and most importantly, great great staff! Espescially the restaurant and bar staff as well as the room maids, all of them were really helpful, efficient and super nice! All meals and drinks were delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back

The Navis is a wonderful place to relax, combined with peace, nature and the sea. The staff are all great and treat guests like family. The food is fantastic and the breakfast is one of the best we've had anywhere in the world. We stayed 7 nights, returned yesterday back to Germany and already miss it. We'll be coming back.

Just want to express our satisfaction of spending 3 nights at this lovely hotel in Opatija. It was an absolutely wonderful and totally relaxing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and genuine smiles, setting the tone for the entire stay. The stunning location of the hotel, overlooking the sparkling Adriatic Sea, left us in awe and provided a tranquil atmosphere throughout our visit. The attention to detail and impeccable service truly stood out during our stay. The rooms are not only beautifully designed but also immaculately clean, providing a sense of comfort and luxury. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day and retuning to them after breakfast felt as if we were entering them for the first time. The amenities and facilities available were outstanding. The culinary journey at the hotel's restaurant was an absolute delight! We tried the 4-course tasting menu on our first night and the waiter, Denis, was exceptionally knowledgeable and made dinner even more fun by giving us his recommendations and describing the ingredients of each delicious dish that was served to us. The kids described it as their best ever meal! Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing innovative and so many different flavours. The sea view from the restaurant made it all the more magical. During our stay at the hotel, we all used to look forward to the lavish breakfast which we were served every morning. The experience was simply fabulous! Each time we were treated to a delightful array of delectable options, from freshly baked cakes to a wide variety of fruits and exceptional egg-based dishes, which we all truly loved trying out. The attentive staff catered to our every whim, ensuring we had everything we asked for. The exceptional breakfast experience added that little extra special treat to our memorable stay at Hotel Navis. Beyond the luxurious accommodation and delightful cuisine, the staff also made our stay memorable. Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, attentive. However, I cannot not mention Sandra by name as each time I had a question about the location, the hotel or anything else, she went above and beyond to ensure she was there to offer her best advice. Her dedication and professionalism are a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. I must extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire Hotel Navis team for making our stay truly enjoyable. I can confidently say that this has been one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We hope that one day we can return. It was such a remarkably relaxing break in Opatija for us. We will cherish the memories from our stay at Hotel Navis for many years.

Very peaceful, nice views Good restaurants with on point service 100% recommend

We stayed here in late May for two nights, and this resort did not disappoint. From the moment we checked into the hotel, the staff was amazing. Check-in was very easy. Check-in staff were friendly and very informative. The resort is amazing. It is very modern, and the resort clings from a cliff with an amazing view of the Adriatic, Cres Island, and Krk Island. The water below is crystal clear. The swimming pool area, the concrete pier, and the small pebble beach were so amazing. The patio is well- stocked with lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels which can be brought down from your room or picked up in the spa. Everything is very clean. As well. The stairs from the patio lead down to the concrete pier, where you can jump into the cold waters of the Adriatic. There are bean bag seating on the pier which are very comfortable for a nap. The rooms were very nice, modern decor, and very clean. The bathroom was great with a wonderful shower and sink area. The beds were very comfortable, as well. The included breakfast was amazing with a great buffet full of fresh fruit, juices, smoothies, breads, cheeses and meats. We ordered omelette as well, and they were great. Cappuccinos could be ordered and were great, but the Americano coffee had to be one of the best I have had in Europe. We went to the Navis Restaurant for dinner, as it was a Michelin recommendation. My wife and I were not impressed at all. This will be in a later review. I would recommend going to Volosko, a short ten-minute walk, for dinner with a much better selection of foods that are less expensive and much better in food quality. The spa was great. I had an amazing massage. Nothing bad to say. As for stand-out staff, Ana the bartender. Wow. She was amazing. She had so many great recommendations for us, both in and outside the hotel. We really appreciated her. And the breakfast staff were wonderful and so friendly. Keep up the good work Navis. We will be back soon!
