I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The owner reached out as soon as I made my reservation to make sure I got a park entrance ticket well in advance as the tickets sell out. On arrival, the owner was welcoming and friendly. My room was lovely and comfortable. The owner gave me a park map and helped me plot my route so that I could minimize crowds and maximize the sights. I had 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts. The food was wonderful with soup, salad, fish, huge vegetable variety and delicious dessert and Croatian wine. The location is perfect with an easy walk to an quiet park entrance. I hope to return someday!

Very pretty. Spotless clean and in new condition. Quiet. Being right near the lesser known third park entrance is an advantage. The family that owns, built and run this place are super nice. They fed us well and a lot, too.

Had an amazing stay here, I wish we had stayed here many more nights. Staff was extremely friendly and gave a lot of great advice for walks to do around and in the park. The dinner and breakfast was delicious and in huge portions! We really appreciated the bags at breakfast time to take some food with us for our day hikes. The room was immaculate, and the property was gorgeous.

Very friendly host and great location to visit the Plitvica lakes. Terrific breakfast (a bit pricey - 15 Euro p/p) but really nice and generous- fresh fruits, freshly baked pastries, cheese, prosciutto & various cuts. Beautiful place. Highly recommended!

Beautiful family owned property within the park itself - very convenient access to Plitvice Gates - incredible home cooked dinners and breakfasts - well worth visiting

We thought this would be rustic, but our room was gorgeous with marble (or maybe faux marble) and tile floors. A large bed, a desk and a table. The setting is serene. It looks like a Swiss chalet. We paid 30 euros for dinner. A four course meal. 1) chicken soup, 2) salad with lettuce and tomatoes, 3) grilled meat platter of sausage, chicken, pork, ground beef, grilled veggies and potatoes. 4) ice cream. There was a fish platter for those not wanting meat. We were stuffed afterwards. We also paid 15 euros for breakfast - a large omelet, a big basket of beignets, croissants, deli meats, cheese, and fruit. Bags are on the table to take the leftovers. You don't have to ask for them. The woman who checked us in gave us directions to see the lower Plitvice falls without entering the park. We did this the afternoon of our arrival. We had 9:00 AM tickets for Plitvice entrance one but were able to get in at entrance three at 9:00 AM with no trouble. Our hostess had recommended we see the lower falls first, then take the shuttle bus to the other end of the park and walk back. We did this and we were able to do the 6-8 hour route K in 3.5 hours. Since route K is a big circle, we would have been seeing the same things twice, so following her directions was a big help.

Our stay was fantastic as the Plitvice Lakes were a short stroll from our room. Very comfortable accommodation with extremely friendly hosts.
Just a suggestion to get to the lakes early as the crowds quickly build up
