Absolute bull crap. My grandma was hospitalized and I had to cancel my entire honeymoon because I had to stay here and take care of her. Every single place let me have a refund except for this one so $146 went completely down the drain because I chose to be a decent human being and take care of my grandma.

Since we drove more than 300 kilometers and had a lot of luggage, I went to the front desk and asked the staff to help arrange for the porter to carry the luggage.
