The front desk staff repeatedly changed the rules within a month. A month ago, they said that they would change rooms after staying for 28 days. I adjusted, and a month later said that if I stayed for 28 days, I had to leave the hotel for 7 days before I could stay again. And on the day without notice, cancel the reservation. The attitude is rude and unreasonable. The bald manager will not work around. A good hotel is messed up by this group of management. Won't come here again. The Venezuelan manager at the front desk of the cypress point next to it has a flexible mind and handles special matters. It is highly recommended!

First room was dated and musty smelling. When asked was moved to a newer renovated room. Not the same as my previous stay with them years ago. Preferred first hotel we stayed at prior to arriving at Grande Villas.

Always enjoy a stay at Grand Villas. This will be 5th or 6th (or even 7th) visit. It has become our "go-to" place when visiting Orlando. Well placed for Disney and SeaWorld and an easy drive to Universal. The place is furnished traditionally (some might say "old-fashioned") but everywhere is kept immaculately clean. Two great pool areas, mini golf and boules, and a new children's play area. And you can walk out to several good restaurants, the Olive Garden and Hungry Crab are two favourites and only 10 minutes easy walk. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here 3 nights for a recent Disney trip. The property is very clean and close to the parks. Lots of restaurants/conveniences nearby. The staff were excellent--very courteous and helpful. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite and it was very spacious with lots of sleeping room. We did not spend any time using the amenities (pool, restaurant, etc.).
That said, we would not stay here again. The walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything (full conversations) above, behind, and next to you, as well as people walking outside the halls (quite an echo!). I know some people don't care about noise but we do, especially with children. Overall, this is a nice place and it checks a lot of boxes, but it's not really for us.

This property is conveniently located by main highways, shopping areas, theme park attractions and is quietly tucked back behind the main drive as to limit busy/traffic noises. Rooms have all the necessities and are perfect for accommodating even the pickiest of travelers.

We enjoyed our stays. The rooms for us were clean and roomy for our big family. The kitchen, washer, and dryer were a big plus for us. No problem with parking. No comments on the out doors amenities or activities available because we didn’t use it. Appears to be plenty. The location of the place was very convenient to our plans for universal and Disney. We were surrounded by restaurants, stores, gas stations. Guest services were available as we needed. The only thing I would change is the sounds of the carts or wheels going thru the halls in the morning. We were on the bottom floor and it was loud in the morning as we try to get our sleep for the next adventures.

Decoration is outdated like most of these resorts from what I've seen. but it is not worn out as they do a good job of maintaining it. In my opinion this is a good thing as I do not want to pay for the looks. I want a place that is functional and clean which is what we've got.
Our room was roomy and a really good value, unless you go there to spend most of your time in the hotel room you will be very please with this hotel.

Very good location. The staff were amazing. There was a shuttle to 2 Disney parks. If there is a shuttle to and from the airport will be great. I highly recommend it for families with kids.
