The few hotels in Orange can only be described as hotels. The facilities are average, and the purpose is just to sleep. Many room types have public bathrooms, mainly 3-person or 2-person rooms. The door is difficult to open and the water in the sink is blocked. I just want to sleep.

I turned up to find out your service never booked the accommodation and it was not on their list. I checked the app but could only find the calendar event, but the booking no. Would not work.
The manager found us two rooms, extra cost of $100.00. The team there were amazing though. Your service could improve though.

I paid for a single room with shower but given a cheaper room without a shower. When asked why "it's the the next best option" because they over booked. No refund given. Also, tv and wifi didn’t work.

Room smelt like mould, shower was full of mould, good position, parking for about 8-10 car's, get in early if you want a park

There was some confusion with our booking and we were upgraded to an apar**ent which was very spacious but also being renovated. There wasn’t anything very functional in the kitchen except the fridge and the microwave. We were fine with it all but as we had paid for a private bathroom, we were not happy about the shared bathroom facilities. Restaurant meals were good and plentiful. The hotel is very old and a great location, but as it’s being renovated I imagine some rooms will be better than others.

Was pleasently surprised. don't usually stay in Hotels, but the Royal was lovely. they are doing renovations so will get even better. the room was more then adiquate for our stay in Orange. Very good value for money. Cheaper to book through ******* then to go direct to the hotel.

Our room was older and more run down (sink faucet dripped & toilet paper holder was loose in the wall), but it was to be expected for a budget stay. The staff was nice and check in/check out were both easy.
