The staff could not have been nicer.
The breakfast was also very good.
The room we had needs to be gutted and redone. The floors creak no matter where you walk. There are obvious signs that the room had a water leak from the bathroom. There was a piece of carpet that had been cut out and replaced and there were water stains in the carpet near the bathroom.

Would never return! During checkin was told breakfast included, then charged at checkout for it. She tried to charge for three days breakfast when we only stayed two nights. Carpet in room was disgusting. Stains of various colours all over — yellow, brown, white, etc. We put out out sign to clean room after first night and reminded desk but it never happened. If you can’t find staff, look in the parking lot, you’ll reliably find them on a smoking break. Internet only worked in lobby, not in room. I could write more but it’s not worth my time.

Great expérience! The service is very friendly & helpful. A short menu in the restaurant but good. Good buffet breakfast. We were in room 304 with window on the main road but the hotel is well insulated. Very high ceiling & plenty of room. Impeccably clean.

The hotel will not win any design contests but it gets top marks for location, between the Arc de Triomphe and the Roman Theater, the former fairly close. The hotel is functional, very unfussy. It did have coffee and tea making facilities, a bonus. The bathroom was large enough. I had three single beds in my room, a chair, a luggage rack and a writing desk. Wifi signal was quite good during the day but had to head down to reception in the evening. I did see staff react quickly [not ‘we will send somebody’] when someone had a room issue. This is the first place in years that has not had password protected wifi. Parking on site was free. The breakfast had a decent range of options for 12 euros.

Not the usual Kyriad hotel standard. The decor was tired and sad making hotel feel like a retirement home. The carpet was dirty in lobby and room. Lobby smelled like an ashtray. We were more than a little disappointed.

The room rate was too expensive for the quality of the hotel, rooms are not sound isolated, you can hear everything when you are inside. Parking is too small, if you don't get there in time, parking is full..

The price of the room was too much for what it was. Rooms are not sound isolatie, you can hear everything. Rooms are clean but old, parking is too small, if you arrive late it is full, and you have to leave your car on the streek.

Big doubt about the cleanliness of the bed . The lift was dirty.The bathroom was uncomfortable because very small. The people of the reception in the hotel were very nice ,also in the restaurant . The breakfast was fairly good.
