Justin de Provence

a perfect place to stay. the hosts were an absolute dream. they gave us local fresh pear juice while telling us the story behind the house. we were given a tour of the guest house, this place is SO BEAUTIFUL). we arrived on a sunday and planned poorly for food, stefan was kind enough to offer a couple places to eat that were open, and he had bottles of wine available at the house. there’s a hamam, a heated (!) indoor pool, a full kitchen, and a beautiful garden to walk around. we were given super soft towels and bathrobes! our bed was PERFECT. clean, fresh linen sheets and amazing pillows. every detail of this place is perfect and well-thought out.

This was our time at Justin de Provence and in Orange. This was an allround wonderful stay - and I honestly only have very positive things to say. The hosts were pleasant/very amiable and welcoming as well as helpful - including several very good tips for visits (sights to see, places to go for dinner etc., which were great recommendations). They have such a remarkable attention to detail too. The house is splendid; very easy place to relax. We had a lovely breakfast (e.g. everything fresh, and high quality) too. It was nice to be outside of the town, but it was simultaneously easy to get into town (either a decent walk or short drive). We definitely hope to stay here again!

Great place for a stop towards the far south and great to visit the very nice area around Orange and Avignon. Good breakfast, authentic rooms with airco, nice inside and outside pool and very helpfull owner.

Exceptional finca in the Provence, with excellent taste renovated, keeping the style of the region. Attention to detail, regional products for breakfast, option for dinner in the garden (including regional wines, cheeses and charcuterie), extremely clean, safe large parking behind a gate, outdoor and indoor pool with extra towels, wonderful garden. Stephan is an excellent host, very polite and attentive. The area next to Orange is beautiful. We have often stopped in Orange on our way to the south and this is the best place we have found. We make regular trips to the south of France and Orange is the ideal place to stop for the night. When we find a great place we like to stick with it and we are delighted to have discovered Justin de Provence. I can honestly say that the experience of being there exceeded our expectations despite the photographs and reviews. Stephane, Gerard and Ethan are an exceptional team who have clearly invested much of themselves into this love project. From the warm welcome on arrival which includes a tour of the hammam and pools, to the delicious breakfasts and the glorious home produced honey, it is a treat for all the senses. The layout of the rooms means that guests are nicely spread out without encroaching on each other. The guest kitchen is superbly equipped allowing you make a full roast dinner if you wish or just a sandwich. The salon with its huge open fireplace, books and big cosy chairs is a quiet and inviting space. With only five rooms you always feel as if you are the only ones there. They really have thought of everything, it is spotlessly clean, luxuriously decorated and beautifully furnished with authentic period pieces. This is the perfect place for couples looking for an elegant, peaceful and relaxing retreat at an affordable price. Book with confidence and enjoy.

We came from Beaune and were on our way to Mandelieu and my partner booked one night in Orange at Justin's. Very much surprised by it's comfort, hospitality and surroundings we booked instantly another 7 nights. Stèphane and Gerard are excellent hosts, they speak several languages, but we tried to improve our French so we were advised. The "Jugendstil" interior gave us a certain serinity in combination with the pool, inside pool and the Hamman and the wonderful wheather it was a invigorating stay. The city of Orange with his Roman history was also very surprising. Normally Orange is a way to reach Italy in the east and Côte d'Azur or Spain in the south , by all means visit Orange.... An extra plus for the amazing soft towels and the linen sheets. We'll meet again!

We stayed just for a couple of days and wish we could have stayed longer. It's an Oasis of calm and relaxation. Every detail is carefully chosen with great taste. Steph was very friendly and helped us with booking restaurants and giving us useful information regarding local villages. The room was very comfortable and quite.

Charming house, delightful gardens, lovely swimming pool and excellent hosts. Thank you to Stefan and his colleagues for a perfect 24 hours. We would liked to have stayed longer to enjoy the tranquil surroundings more.
