The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning. It’s clear they’ve invested in self-sustainability, which was beautiful to see. The views? Absolutely breathtaking. The room décor was gorgeous and clearly well thought out. We stayed in the cottages and while lovely, there were some visible cracks in the ceilings. Now… we really need to talk about Gio. From start to finish, he was the true star of our stay. Gio knows hospitality. He made us feel the warmth of the islands from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. He’s genuine, he’s kind, and he clearly does what he does out of love and not just because it’s his job. Without Gio, our rating for the hotel would not have been as high. He is a gem in every sense of the word, and the resort is lucky to have him. MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR HIM. YOU WON'T REGRET IT. He really does care about you enjoying your stay to the fullest. The restaurant: Honestly, the portion sizes did not match the price, and the flavors were just… average. The service left a lot to be desired and the waitresses had a less-than-friendly attitude and lacked basic customer service skills. That said, Joviela was the rose among the thorns. She greeted us with warmth and a smile every time, and we appreciated her presence. The restaurant got a 2 star rating because of its views. Special mention to a gentleman from Trinidad who worked the restaurant in the evenings, we assumed he was likely the host or supervisor. We didn’t catch his name, but he was fantastic: warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcome. In closing, I would for sure return to the hotel and would recommend to others.

At check in we received nice cold towel and rum cocktail before going to the rooms. It was cold and nice. The seven days stay was quite good and relaxing. The staff were the best I have ever seen.Victor very good staff that I admired his composure and professional. He was very helpful. In the restaurant Joviela and of course Anthony our man when we needed to go anywhere.

We stayed at Golden Rock Resort while visiting St. Eustatius for the Mini Reading Festival with the University of St. Martin, and it was the most wonderful, welcoming experience! The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I’d rate our stay 100 out of 100, we’ll definitely be back!

My favourite Five Star Resort in Statia with Michelin Keys and exceptional staff. What an experience of a lifetime we usually get at Golden Rock Dive and Nature Resort ranging from staff,food and ambience. Staff:Victor from the front desk is doing a lot to accommodate guests,be it a special request or just a normal one he is always ready to assist.He posses great attitude and making sure guests get treated right. Accommodation:Rooms are very spacious with beautiful decors,the cottages,villas,deluxe have special ammenities inside. The air conditioner works very well. Ask for a tour of the resort to the two pools:humming bird and the lower one for sun bathing.We also visited the green house located at the bottom. A lot of games and you never get bored. My next place of comfort in December

The place looks very beautiful and very particular.All the workers are very nice and welcoming particularly Victor who was very helpful dropping us off and helping with the luggage. The housekeeping Amy was very kind as well. Jack was also very helpful he helped to solve the stove in our cottage

I had a wonderful experience at Golden Rock and I must highlight the outstanding service provided by Victor at the front desk. From the moment we arrived,he was warm,professional and attentive to every detail.His friendly demeanor and genuine care made us feel truly welcome. Victor went above and beyond to ensure our visit was seamless and enjoyable. Checking on our comfort or simply greeting us with a smile. Golden Rock is a beautiful place but the it’s staff like Victor that elevates the experience.Thank you for your professionalism and hospitality-will definitely be back

Magnificient is underatipn.Golden Roxk is really a nice place to relax and unwind in st.statia. The staff are amazing,Victor at the front desk really does a good job from interaction with great humour and his friendly personality. A real guest oriented staff. The resort is very green and the pools are very relaxing. The restaurant has a lot varities to choose from something that is hard to find in the island.
