Pulizia delle stanza dimenticata , piscina sporca senza obbligo di cuffia, colazione scadente, ristorante con servizio lento e poca scelta di menù . Stanza mansardata al 4 piano senza ascensore e macchie di muffa. Il tutto a 250 euro a notte, un incubo!

Ottima posizione! Parcheggio top. Camera silenziosa e ottima colazione...da riprovare..

Resort molto carino, dotato di piscina e tutti i servizi. La nostra abitazione era pulita e il regalo di benvenuto è stato molto gradito.

Tutto ok ma manca qualche attenzione in più come un doccino in doccia , bicchieri in bagno, cuscini un po’ più morbidi!!

Hotel molto carino. La stanza è molto spazioso con cucina. La struttura ha anche due piscine una per u grandi e una per i piccoli. La consiglio siglio

We went to the Argentario Osa Resort in september 2022. The structure of this hotel is rather old and the furniture in the rooms and apartement are desperate for a remearch, but our apartment was super clean and very spacious. Friendliness of the staff is fantastic!! I've lived in Italy since 2006 and I'm afraid to say that this country is not big in service culture, but the service mentality of the Argentario Osa Resort is absolutely outstanding! It is great and lovely to be greeted by everybody (from the cleaning lady, to the staff at the reception to the gardener) with a friendly "buon giorno, Signora" and a friendly smile. Waiters are very attentive and professional. The staff of the Mini Club (children enterainment) were very sweet with our children. I especially appreciated the "after-dinner-entertainment": good music, possiblity for children to dance, but all very soft, no stupid jokes with a double meaning or similar. All definitely very family friendly!! One advice to the management: please save energy! No need to let the air condition run in the restaurant while all doors are open. To see a waste of energy like that is rather frustrating in autumn 2022 when the European Union considers desperately how helping its citizens to pay their energy bills. The beach is like 4 km by car, but it is a great beach. Spot on clean, very well organized with a bar / restaurant, changing rooms, good facilitities like showers and toilets and it felt like a safe place to be with your family!! To put it in a nutshell: the place is quite outdated, but a fantastic hotel to spend holidays with your children! Highly recommended!

I would not call this a "resort" since there are few services available on the property. There is no place to do laundry, no shop, no real dinning options like a caffe/bar to eat a quick bite. Their restaurant has limited hours and the only dinning option is a full meal that is is overpriced. The pool is too small for the amount of guests. There were not enough umbrellas or chairs for everyone. Most guests would get to the pool area early in the morning and leave their stuff to occupy a space, so quite often we could not find a free space to stay by the pool since all the spaces were "occupied" by guests' towels with no one actually sitting there. The public lounge/bar space is also very small and not well-kept, there were always dirty glasses and coffee cups lying around on the tables. The grounds are not well-kept, the parking area had uneven pavement and deep holes, making it easy to trip over. There seemed to be no maintenance and no regular cleaning since there was dirt and shrubs all over the place, especially under the widows of our ground-floor apartment. The entertainment "animazione" is limited, I was expecting a bit more for the kids in the morning. There were just 2 people in charge and had the same activities just in the later afternoon and evening. There is no wi-fi in the rooms/apartments, just in the public areas, and this too was either not working (during our stay it was down for 5 days straight) or very slow. They provide a shuttle to the beach but this too, is very limited. There is no option to go to the beach in the afternoon. It goes only one way in the morning and one way on the afternoon. The shuttle van can accommodate 7 pax with a driver. On the way back from the beach there were 8 passengers, so a child of about 7 years old had to sit on her mother's lap - this is extremely dangerous (not to mention illegal) since to get to the beach one needs to get on the Aurelia highway for a 15-minute drive. We had an apartment which had basically lawn furniture for kitchen table and chairs. When we arrived the refrigerator was turned off with the door closed, so there was a foul smell and I had to disinfect it before using it. Once I turned it on, it was not easy to regulate and it was either too warm or too cold! There were very few kitchen utensils, we had mismatched utensils and glasses, all of different sizes. There were no electrical sockets by the kitchen counter, so it was impossible to use any appliance in the kitchen. The bedrooms were spartan. No lamps in the double bedroom, and the single room had basically a simple bed (without a headboard), no lamp and a retractible lawn-furniture type small table for a night stand. The name "resort" is mis-leading. I was expecting a bit more for the price. It is more like a "camping-like village". The property itself is situated in a nice, elevated location, with a view of the sea in the distance. It is also a good location for planning day trips to nearby Talamone, Porto Santo

Spent one night here on our way to Rome. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff that spoke very good English. Check-in was quick and restaurant was great. Beach was offsite, but we didn’t mind. AC in the room wasn’t great but better than nothing. Rooms are outdated and beds were not comfortable. Pool was great for the kids with lots of chairs around the pool. Overall Staff A+, but rooms B.

Yesterday we had lunch at the Resort restaurant. Chef Emanuele led us on a delicious tasting featuring wines from the Bragaglia winery. Tuna tataki, beef demi-tartare with spinach...a delight for the palate, all paired with three excellent wines. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming; an experience we'll definitely repeat!

A very pleasant vacation. The property is immersed in greenery with a splendid view of the coast and well-kept and relaxing spaces. The rooms are clean and functional, the restaurant is excellent, the chef is very friendly, he made us taste superb fish. The children's activities with excellent artists who offered us fun shows in the evening were very appreciated. The pool is also excellent, the sea is a bit far, you have to take the car. Numerous sports fields and playgrounds for children are available.

La struttura si presenta molto bene, bellissima veduta, bella piscina, campi da tennis e molto verde curato. Ci sono parecchie tipologie di stanze/appartamenti, il nostro era spazioso, così come la terrazza attrezzata. Abbiamo usufruito del bar per la colazione alla carta, caffè molto buono così come i vari cornetti, purtroppo essendo gli ultimi gg non c'era una gran scelta, ma si trattava di una colazione e non di un pranzo quindi cià che abbiamo trovato a noi andava bene. Lo staff, i receptionist sono molto cordiali e sorridenti. Di contro possiamo dire che dovrebbero migliorare l'ingresso alla struttura, venendo dall'Aurelia purtroppo l'entrata non è segnalata a dovere, meglio la sera dove ci sono due paletti luminosi. Per le camere ci sarebbe qualcosa da rivedere, si nota che hanno qualche anno sulle spalle, probabilmente le " Premium" saranno migliori, ma per il prezzo che si paga deve dire che va bene così, si viene per andare al mare e non per passare una giornata in camera.

Struttura molto accogliente Una vera e propria bomboniera. Cibo squisito, complimenti. Show serali di vera e propria compagnia, grazie artisti per averci fatto passare serate splendide.
