RONGDE HOTEL

Facilities: This new hotel has only been open for a month, and some facilities are still under construction, including the swimming pool, gym, and spa. Located in Buildings AB, it offers parking. The rooms have smart device controls and offer a great view, directly overlooking the musical fountain square. The smart toilet and sensor-activated night lights are very convenient, and cribs are available upon request. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, perfect for children and the elderly. Environment: The decor is elegant and upscale, with a comfortable sofa. See the pictures below. Service: The service is highly commendable, starting with the warm, attentive, and meticulous service from concierge Xiao Zheng. He escorted us to the lobby and lounge area, issued our room card, and delivered it to our room. He also provided detailed information about the hotel, the surrounding area, and the food and beverage options, and offered tourist information. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful, always patiently helping with any questions. The service exceeded our expectations, and my family was delighted. Dining: The breakfast was quite varied, and the main flavors were excellent. I especially recommend the Mongolian milk tea, which was delicious (my grandfather also loves it). The celery apple juice was surprisingly tasty. I rarely write reviews, but I give this one a thumbs up! The Moutai Exhibition Hall really broadened my horizons!

My stay at the Rongde Hotel was truly a place where surprises were etched into every detail! The moment I walked in, I felt a surge of sincerity. The khata presented with a unique blessing, and the warm, salty milk tea in my hand instantly dispelled my travel fatigue. This sense of ritual was truly touching. Entering the room, I was even more astounded by the quality: the mattress was a Simmons mattress. The moment I lay down, I understood what "cloud-like support" meant, and I slept so soundly. The toilet was smart, and the automatic flushing features were incredibly convenient. The waiter told me that even the bathrooms were by Hansgrohe, with smooth, comfortable water flow, making bathing a true pleasure. It's no exaggeration to say these amenities are top-notch! From the heartwarming entrance ceremony to the high-end amenities in the room, to the warm and attentive staff throughout my stay, every detail was thoughtfully crafted. I was reluctant to leave. This hotel is truly worth visiting numerous times, and I'll definitely stay here again!

My first stay at the Rongde Hotel was absolutely stunning. It's arguably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The lobby's mahogany decor is magnificent, the staff are warm and welcoming, and I experienced a dignified welcome. The location is perfect, facing the park with expansive views, perfect for evening walks. It's also close to Ulanmulun Lake, where you can see the musical fountain and enjoy dining and drinking. The rooms are brand new and clean. The hotel's exterior and interior design are aesthetically pleasing, parking is convenient, and the hotel's attention to detail is meticulous, and the staff are well-trained. Ultimately, the most important thing when traveling is comfort, a great environment, excellent service, and a high-quality stay. This time, I chose the Rongde Hotel with these in mind. The bathroom and bathtub are both enormous, and after a day out, it was a delightful soak while gazing at the beautiful night view. The weather in Ordos is perfect for sitting outside. The comfortable Simmons mattress and smart toilet are also excellent, and the fireplace humidifier is a real plus! The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff closed promptly! It's truly the best hotel in Ordos! Definitely worth staying at!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the staff's hospitality. Check-in was efficient and attentive, and they even offered to share nearby travel tips. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. Even the meticulous disinfection was reassuring. The breakfast was plentiful, with a perfect mix of Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The location is also very convenient, making travel incredibly easy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

The price does not match the room facilities. The price is too high. The lobby is well decorated, but the room facilities are average. There is still a big gap compared with a real five-star hotel.

This hotel, newly opened in June, has a very strong odor. My child's nose was blocked and their throat was sore within minutes of entering. If it weren't for the heavy luggage, exhaustion from the long journey, and the late night, I would have definitely checked out. I didn't sleep well the entire night, and the odor couldn't have been any worse. Due to the front desk's issues, we had to wait a while before checking in. They simply offered us some mineral water and a verbal apology. The hotel didn't consider the odor of the new hotel and the wait, offering any additional considerations like breakfast vouchers or small gifts. The front desk service was also inadequate, not informing us of the dining room and location upon check-in. The housekeeping service was also inadequate. Knowing the odor was new, they should have opened the doors and windows for fresh air before booking. No matter how new the hotel and its amenities are, a strong odor is unacceptable. I complained to the waiter, but he said he couldn't smell it and said it had been renovated a year ago. I wouldn't believe you. The hotel was built a year ago and it was still pretty good. The renovations, wardrobes, carpets, and other issues were definitely only in the last few months. I complained immediately, but there was no follow-up, which shows how poor their service attitude is. The only thing I felt was that they helped us carry our luggage to the room. Also, the hotel lobby entrance is not visible from the road, you need to go around from the other side, it is at the back.
