My first stay at the Rongde Hotel was absolutely stunning. It's arguably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The lobby's mahogany decor is magnificent, the staff are warm and welcoming, and I experienced a dignified welcome. The location is perfect, facing the park with expansive views, perfect for evening walks. It's also close to Ulanmulun Lake, where you can see the musical fountain and enjoy dining and drinking. The rooms are brand new and clean. The hotel's exterior and interior design are aesthetically pleasing, parking is convenient, and the hotel's attention to detail is meticulous, and the staff are well-trained. Ultimately, the most important thing when traveling is comfort, a great environment, excellent service, and a high-quality stay. This time, I chose the Rongde Hotel with these in mind. The bathroom and bathtub are both enormous, and after a day out, it was a delightful soak while gazing at the beautiful night view. The weather in Ordos is perfect for sitting outside. The comfortable Simmons mattress and smart toilet are also excellent, and the fireplace humidifier is a real plus! The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff closed promptly! It's truly the best hotel in Ordos! Definitely worth staying at!

Lying on it feels like being in the clouds, so a good night's sleep is a given. The material of the bedding is also very high-end, delicate to the touch, skin-friendly and comfortable. The room is fully furnished with carefully selected styles that complement the overall decoration style.

Environment: The room is quite large, bright and has a good environment. Service: The front desk staff is enthusiastic and friendly. They immediately sent me what I wanted. Overall, I am very satisfied with all aspects. I will choose Hanting when I go out for fun in the future.

The hotel located on the South Bank of the river, 3-4 km away from the center of Kangbashi district. There's a park/walking-jogging-biking lane in front of the hotel and along the river to the bridge to the opposite. If you like to walk and want to stay in a quiet place, I recommend here. By the way you can call a taxi/Didi easily. The hotel staff couldn't speak English but they kindly helped you so far they could. You should ask them to add WeChat for they can answer you easily cuz WeChat offers translation function. The room we stayed was large, bright and clean, has good view if you choose river view.

The yellow duck family hotel I booked didn't have a bathtub. But Ctrip showed that it could be upgraded. The upgraded room I saw had a bathtub. When I went to the front desk to check in, I met a female receptionist. She was very disappointing. She didn't upgrade me and had a bad attitude. Everyone avoid her. Her name is Kangzhu! Kangzhu Kangzhu Kangzhu! Everyone avoid her! Don't check her in! She has a bad attitude! When her attitude was bad, a savior appeared. Her name was ”Wang Jianbo”. It can really be said that the hotel is blessed! The service was very good. He upgraded me and kept apologizing! It wasn't his bad attitude, but he apologized frequently! He also gave me a small gift! He served with his heart throughout the whole process! It was really great😎 The hotel was very good overall and the stay was very comfortable, so I stayed again! The downside was the female receptionist💁♀️

I temporarily booked this hotel because of my passport. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was not only indifferent, she didn't even say ”Hello”, the most basic courtesy in the service industry. ! At first glance, it seems that they have not received professional training, which shows that the hotel is lacking in management. The hardware of the hotel is pretty good, the rooms are large and the facilities are complete. But it cannot make up for the lack of management. I needed a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke was very strong when I entered the room. The two ladies on duty were very helpful. They changed my room and opened the window for ventilation. Thank you for their help! The breakfast was very good. The master chefs were all around. When they noticed that extra dishes were needed, they took care of it immediately, giving people a warm and professional feeling. The breakfast options are also good, including authentic haggis soup, milk tea, buckwheat noodles with mutton soup or tomato soup, very delicious!

The location is good and very clean. I like this hotel. It's very close to the museum. There's a night market just a few steps away at night. It's very late. The room is very clean and the waiters are very friendly.

Although this isn't the big brand name chain hotels, I had a great stay here as well. The beds are comfortable and the customer service at the reception is superb. The rooms are clean. The decor is chinese styled and cosy. Location wise isn't next to malls but you can find some shops and convenient shops within walking distance.

The room is large and clean, and there are many places to eat around. However, there are few breakfast varieties. The room is not soundproofed. Although I can't hear the specific content of the conversation next door, I can hear the sound. The couple on the first night kept making noise until 2 a.m., and they only quieted down when the people next door knocked on the door.
