Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual Chinese breakfast food with some local specialities like Mongolian milk tea and shaomai. Location is close the tourist bus station where you can catch the bus to the genghis khan tourist area but it's also near the kangbashi tourist area too.

The service attitude was a little off-putting. One day I asked for mineral water, but I was very forceful and said that I would bring two bottles of free water... Personally, I think you can change your words, but the service attitude of a high-end hotel shouldn't be like this.

The location is perfect, facing the park with expansive views, perfect for evening walks. It's also close to Ulanmulun Lake, where you can see the musical fountain and enjoy dining and drinking. The rooms are brand new and clean. The hotel's exterior and interior design are aesthetically pleasing, parking is convenient, and the hotel's attention to detail is meticulous, and the staff are well-trained. Ultimately, the most important thing when traveling is comfort, a great environment, excellent service, and a high-quality stay. This time, I chose the Rongde Hotel with these in mind. The bathroom and bathtub are both enormous, and after a day out, it was a delightful soak while gazing at the beautiful night view. The weather in Ordos is perfect for sitting outside. The comfortable Simmons mattress and smart toilet are also excellent, and the fireplace humidifier is a real plus! The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff closed promptly! It's truly the best hotel in Ordos! Definitely worth staying at!
