You will be the ONLY guests on the property, as once one of the units is booked, other units are no longer available to be booked those dates. It's perfect for the end to a long day on your trip, or to keep the children entertained in the walls of the home without having to leave the property! Sleeping Arrangements: The bedrooms include your choice of a king-sized bed in Bedroom 1, a queen over queen bunk bed (strong enough for adults) in Bedroom 2, another King-sized bed in room 3 and additional queen sized bed in room 4. Entertainment: Enjoy all your favorite movies and shows on (2) 70" and (1) 55" SmartTV's. Equipped with fast Wi-Fi throughout the entire house for endless streaming. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes all the essentials for your cooking needs Coded Door Lock: Hassle-free stay with our coded door lock, making no need for direct host interaction to enter the property. Amenities: Make use of the washer and dryer, large driveway space (up to four cars), and great street parking. Scenic Location: Located in a quiet neighborhood, and directly across the street from a HUGE beautiful park. It's perfect for walks and kids playing outside. House rules and important Notices: Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of ANY sort, and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay happy with our rental services. Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do NOT allow any house parties in our home our of respect for neighbors and protection of our beautiful home. We are happy to accommodate your pets, please see our pet policy below. Pet Policy: Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to allow pets on our property. If your pets are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a fee of $150 for 1 dog, or $200 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete. Please note pet fees do NOT COVER any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
