The eat-in kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining and living areas, with subtle views of Lake Orion. The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the home for added privacy. One bedroom features a Queen bed for two, while the other has a Full/Twin bunk, accommodating up to three people. The second bedroom also has a closet with two cots, which can be set up in the entry hallway for extra sleeping space, perfect for kids. The bathroom is ideally situated near the front of the home for added privacy.Exterior:Our cottage includes a spacious driveway with room for 3-4 cars and a large back patio for outdoor living. Guests will not have access to the neighbor's private docks.Other things to note-Though we have views of Lake Orion from the back, this is not direct frontage. We are just off the water. The lake access point is a 2–3-minute walk down.-The AC is a wall unit that is placed in the living room window during the warmer months.
