Great location and decent breakfast. There's a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant, convenience stores, McDonald's, and Burger King nearby, and the room was clean. However, my child dropped a souvenir (it was in a bag) during breakfast, and when I asked the hotel to help find it, I felt they were quite dismissive.

The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, right next to Universal Studios. I regretted coming alone, and I’ve already decided to come back next time with my family

This place is incredibly convenient for all Universal Studios parks, offering direct round-trip shuttle service. The room cleanliness and service were also very good. In the lobby, there's a Universal Studios service desk where you can buy park tickets, Express Passes, and book your shuttle. They even have a car rental company on-site!

Stayed two nights at this hotel. To get to the old Universal Studios park, you just cross a skybridge. The outlet mall is about a 25-minute walk away, so overall the transportation is quite convenient. The room comes with free bottled water, but the microwave is only available in the game room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, and the facilities were comprehensive. The location is superb with convenient transportation, being right near Universal Studios and also not far from the Outlets. Overall, it's a great place, and I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel specifically to visit Universal Studios. There's a shuttle to the park, but it runs infrequently.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Slippers are not provided, so remember to bring your own. There's a coffee shop and a pizza place on the ground floor, which is very convenient for dining and drinks. Orlando summers are hot and sunny, and I felt walking to Universal Studios was a bit far. I'd recommend taking a taxi.

The front desk staff were super friendly, and we even got cookies when checking in! The daily shuttle service was really convenient too. Great value for money!

Mediocre at best. It's quite rundown and not cheap either. They do offer a shuttle, but you have to book it a day in advance, which is a bit inconvenient. The only good thing is its proximity to Universal Studios. However, it's a 20-minute drive to Disney, so you'll need to plan accordingly.

A rather old hotel, the reception is friendly, pets are allowed in the hotel!!!! , and the parking fees are high, but what distinguishes it is its location.

We booked this hotel for our Universal Studios trip. It has a Starbucks and a pizza place right downstairs, which was very convenient. They also offer a daily shuttle service, once in the morning and once in the evening. It was great, and I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Universal in the future.

Amazing service, great amenities and super location. They do charge a ton for parking though so check rates if you bring a car!

Stayed here a few years ago and it was better then. Now it looks more aged than before. It's still an ok hotel, decent value for money. No big complaints. We were in the tower on the left this time. Maybe that tower is older? They still give you a warm welcome chocolate chip cookie :)

Great hotel close to universal Florida. There are shuttles available to the park, but it is walkable. Bonus
