我們連住三晚，提前同酒店確認了加被子，郵件回覆説ok，辦理了入住卻發現沒有加，電話要求前台加，等半天不來，房間太小，電梯有一天回房間居然按鈕無效，好像停電了一樣，找服務人員國家過來看一句Sorry都沒有，好像他們司空見慣了，直接帶我們去坐他們內部員工坐的電梯上樓，等電梯時碰到其他員工上下，看到我們不打招呼，我們需要上，他們卻要下，不讓客人優先，帶我們和另外一個房間的客人一起下到地下一層，再上樓，上樓出電梯讓我們自己出去，在酒店內部通道里轉出去找房間，全球最差的麗思卡爾頓體驗，以後避雷吧

Hotel review
It’s a very expensive hotel so if you’re on a budget I would avoid. In the coffee shop on site they were asking $18 for a cup of fruit. 😱
I think the hotel for a 5 star is too big. You wait on busy nights too long in the bar / around the pool to even get served etc but overall the facilities are class and all the staff are too. There was only one time around the pool where I asked if we could move an umbrella and the guy turned round and said yes and walked off….. Thanks for your help!
The hotel is spotless and the rooms are beautiful. Fireworks on a Saturday night are epic and out of this world! Overall great trip and great hotel and I would go back.
