It hadn't been cleaned on the first day I went there, but the high-rise hotel I booked gave me a room on the first floor. The whole room smelled of bleach. My whole family was waiting outside, and there were dirty towels on the dining table. The location was okay. I could change the room later, but the check-in experience was not good. No one cleaned it after staying for three days.

Everything is good The resort also sells food, and there are shuttle buses for Disney, Universal, and Sea World, so it was convenient.

Enjoyed our stay and will stay again. The unit itself was spacious and clean.
Some normal wear and tear and a few minor things that we experienced. The microwave screen is broken, so you couldn’t read cooking times to be sure you’re accurately inputting the cook times. The ceiling fan blade was missing a screw, one fan blade was hanging in the master bedroom, so it was unable to be used for safety. The toilet paper holder was broken in the master bath so we just sat it on the counter. The carpeting could use a good scrub. We were sweating in our room and turned off the air unit entirely because it was cooler outside than it was inside, but there was still hot air coming into the vents! Not sure how that even was happening! No big deal tho!
Those things were so minor, it didn’t affect our stay at all. Will definitely stay again.

Came with my friends and my boyfriend who are all family to me and I loved every second of it! Staff were very professional and friendly and the room was fantastic! Definitely coming back again!

Huge rooms with ample space for family of 7. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite in building F. Loved having a washer and dryer. Can’t hear our neighbors so I feel the walls are pretty solid. Would advise staying in building A or B to be closest to the main pool if you have little kids and if the pool is the main attraction for you. Otherwise building F seems pretty quiet and not as busy bc it’s the furthest from the pool. There is another pool closer to F too but definitely not the main pool for kids. Full kitchen also nice with Publix around the corner (4 minute drive) and sea world is around the corner. Would stay here again.

The pool or hot tub areas were never cleaned. Debris always on the ground. Switch got bought over into the hot tub or pool. Heated pools would have been nice.
