The front desk staff repeatedly changed the rules within a month. A month ago, they said that they would change rooms after staying for 28 days. I adjusted, and a month later said that if I stayed for 28 days, I had to leave the hotel for 7 days before I could stay again. And on the day without notice, cancel the reservation. The attitude is rude and unreasonable. The bald manager will not work around. A good hotel is messed up by this group of management. Won't come here again. The Venezuelan manager at the front desk of the cypress point next to it has a flexible mind and handles special matters. It is highly recommended!

1 Bedroom unit VERY small. Living "room"/dining area/entrance/"kitchen" all one "room". Space for just 2 people in the "living area". TV small and mounted to the ceiling.
Bedroom small but usable, with large TV. Bathroom and balcony access from the bedroom. Bathroom spacious. Has "Jacuzzi" brand tub, but not a "jacuzzi, just a large tub. Have to go through bedroom to access the bathroom. Literally, 1 window (sliding glass door leading to small screened balcony) from bedroom. No window in living area.
"Resort" recreational areas VERY nice. Two pools, large hot tubs, little bar and fast ford area by pools. Parking ample. Landscaping very nice and well maintained
Front desk/check-in staff not very friendly. Very basic "here's the key card/check out by 10:00am" attitude.

Had the 3 bedroom and 3 bath suite. It was great for the 6 of us. The rooms were spacious, clean, and many amenities. I would definitely stay again.

It was amazing. Two bedrooms, spacious condo. Living room dinning area and kitchen were great. Washer and dryer with detergent. The master bedroom and bath were beautiful and so much room. Everything was wonderful and so clean. I can’t say enough how great this property is do families or couples. Pool and hot tub were nice. Parking is easy and there is an elevator. The unit had a screened in porch with table and chairs. Beautiful area and close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

Stayed here for 6 nights with family of 5. Rooms are great, very big with nice beds, good cooking facilities etc. sofa bed was fine too which isn’t always the case. Easy parking, good bar on site with food options and pools and mini golf, basketball court are great for kids.
Also got free shuttle to universal studios one day which goes from the neighbouring property and is very easy. Only issue the timetable from reception is a little confusing so make sure ask about pick up times etc.
Only minor negative is these condos as with majority in Orlando are involved in a timeshare
situation which means you get the hard sell from reception when you arrive. However can easily turn down the presentation without issue which isnt a major.
Great Italian restaurant walking distance called Giordano’s huge pizzas !

The unit we stayed in was incredibly dusty. When we researched further it was because the hvac filter was filthy and had not been changed.
When brought to the attention of the desk staff they were very attentive and empathized withnour concerns.
