NASTY NASTY NASTY!!!!!! ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT ROOMS ARE SO DISGUSTING AND BROKEN DOWN HAD TO SWITCH ROOM TWICE THEN WHEN I WENT TO FRONT DESK TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT THE STAFF TOLD ME I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE I WASNT HAPPY WITH THE ROOMS THEN WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE DESK TO GET A ROOM KEY SHE THREATENED TO CALL POLICE AS SOON AS I WALK UP WHEN I TOLD HER I ONLY NEEDED A KEY SHE GAVE ME ONE BUT DIDNT APOLOGIZE FOR HER BEHAVIOR

Hotel room is very basic, the rugs are dirty (or look that way, it’s impossible to know for sure), the bed is nice and comfortable. The bathroom is clean.
Breakfast is so so, nothing special. The staff is friendly. Location is excellent with tons of places to eat right outside.

The location of the hotel is fair. It is about 30 minutes to the Convention Center by foot. There is not much services. You can call the hotel to give more shampoo or clean the room. Otherwise, they will not do it.

Kicked us out because a house keeper lied and said we were smoking in the room terrible service and threatened to call the police on us if we weren’t out within 20 minutes

Adequate for a 2-star hotel. Cigarette smell in the room, no matter how much I aired it. The room itself was well clean, except for the carpet, it felt Lots of noisy guests late night, not the most respectful folks staying there. Breakfast was okay. WiFi did not work in my room on 4th floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good overall.

Worst Quality inn hotel, worst hotel I stayed overall.
- Room cleanliness bad.
- Room cleaning request not honoured, and schedule also missed for cleaning.
- Can't even get bathroom towels, always seemed like on short supply.
- Free breakfast included, but again was the worst experience. Shortage of bread, eggs, fruits, long line Infront of waffle makers, toasters, etc.
- Indifferent hotel staff.

It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life, lousy service. They didn't clean the room in 9 days and they cleaned it one day before we left (we stayed 10 days). Worst staff and unfriendly. The breakfast was terrible. The place was dirty, if you wanted to get breakfast you had to wake up very early because at 9 o'clock there was nothing. Very bad they should close this bad hotel
