After booking the hotel, I couldn't go due to health reasons. I applied for cancellation within an hour, but the hotel refused to refund. There is no humanity at all. The platform has been playing Tai Chi on me. I will defend my rights to the end.

There was no service, we stood behind the closed door for half an hour, because we did not get a code. They were very difficult to reach. Beds were not comfortable and made a lot of noise. Good location though.
