very good service and great view on hot balloon flying over in the morning and walk to nearby market and town, the spa and massage is good and affordable, the top floor restraunt is great view. the room is clean with different types, the cave room is fun

It was an amazing experience to stay here. Thanks to all of the amazing staff who took care of us well. Definitely will come back in the near future. Breakfast was perfect. View is perfect. Stairs was a little bit hard but we got used to it pretty quickly and you won't even remember about them once you see the amazing view

I had one of the best hotel experiences in here. The Staff was very positive and welcoming. The room was good, clean and overall great. Food was nice, warm and tasty. Front desk has a lot of travel they can provide. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is it was very noisy. Our room could hear everything. The staff going up the stairs at five in the morning making noise early in the morning you could hear everything. I don’t know if it’s just because our room was located right underneath everything. But it was really hard to get rest with all the noise. I thought I had booked a room that had a balcony and I was told that there was no balconies. Other than that everything was great.

The property is not as good as advertised. We had a prior booking. On reaching they tried to give us a room in an adjacent hotel which was worst. We had to wait in rain outside the hotel and after too much hoo haa they gave us a room. There is no elevator and it is six stories down.

EL DESAYUNO INCLUIDO PONEN JUGOS DE TETRA PACK, MAL SERVICIO EN RESTAURANT, SE TERMINAN LOS ALIMENTOS. LAS MESAS NO ESTAN LISTAS CUANDO LLEGAS.

The location is on top of a hill where you can see much of Capadoccia from you room. The service is good, witha bar opened 24h. The furniture is nice and also the bathroom. Here I met Merve, a very friendly hostess who is always willing to teach you a few Turkish words
