Cozy rooms, great location, commendable service, and friendly & helpful staff. Not to mention, they upgraded our room to a suite on our last night with no extra charge. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Cappadocia. Absolutely love this place!

Our room was in character with the area and a nice size. There was a small terrace area outside with a table and chairs in order to relax in the fresh air, but also, two comfy chairs and a table in our room. The shower was a nice size and the water was piping hot. The central heating was full on. The hotel is located just outside the main tourist area, but only a short drive away. The breakfasts were ample. The room, bathroom and dining room were all clean/ The staff were friendly and efficient. We stayed wiith family too, so, although no facilities as such for children, they children were comfortable there, All 7 of us, enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Pandemi yorgunluğunu biraz olsun dindirmek adına çıkmış olduğumuz Kapadokya yolculuğunda belki de en gidilesi oteli seçmiş olmanın mutluluğunu yaşadık. Abarttığımı düşünmenizi istemem lakin Otel sahipleri bizleri o kadar güzel karşıladılar ve 2 günlük gezimizde her anlamda yol gösterici oldular ki! Kendilerine fazlasıyla minnettar kaldık. Öncelikle şunu söylemekte fayda var, fiyat-performans açısından çok başarılı bir otel, konumu bence birçok alana yakınlığı nedeniyle iyi, az oda sayısı nedeniyle bu Butik otelin sıcak bir ilgi alanı var, ayrıca otele girmeden transferimizi sağlamaları, sonrasında kolay ve hızlı bir şekilde rent a car problemimizi çözmeleri ilk aklıma gelenler. Tüm gezi rotamızı harita üzerinde anlatmaları da ayrı bir güzellik. Sundukları hizmetler bu turistik yerde en ihtiyacınız olan şeyler bence. Örneğin Avanos'a çömlek yapmaya gittiğimiz yer otelin adını duyunca ayrı bir ilgi alaka gösterdi ve yaptığımız çömleklerden ücret dahi almadı. Samimi, sıcak ve aile işletmesi olan Luna Cave Hotel'in bu güzel anları yaşatması bizde tebessümle hatırlanacak anılara neden oldu. Murat, Fırat ve Barış beylere çok teşekkür ederiz. Arkadaşlarımızla toplu olarak tekrar bir program yapacağız kışın ve hiç şüphesiz seçimimiz yine burası olacak. Hele bir de pandemi biterse eminim her şey cok daha güzel olacaktır.
