I advise everyone to check the bill when eating in the restaurant, because they do not have the usual menu, and will ask you to scan a QR code, rather than have a standard readable menu, We as a couple ate there, the bill came and we were shown a total and the bill was whisked away rapidly, after paying the bill it seemed high, so we queried it, the bill was brought back and a total of 2500 TL was shown to us as it was shown briefly before, we then looked at the individual items which were correct, but calculating these came to 2003 TL so the total was wrong buy 493 tl around £10, on looking back on the qr code menu, we discovered after we left the restaurant that on the 2 previous visits we were overcharged, we have an apartment a few hundred meters away and have not had an issue before, but if in the restaurants favor the total is not correct and bear in mind this is a computer till calculation so in no way should the total be different to the simple calculation, then we will not be back, our spend there as we have guest visitors is around £2000 per year so for giving us erroneous bills, the Hotel restaurant has lost our custom forever

Annemle beraber çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Öncelikle reservasyonda Ebru Hanım bizlere çok yardımcı oldu her konuda nazımızı çekti. Ayrıca otel çalışanlarından Kadri, Ahmet, Nihat ve Taner hepsi teker teker bizlere yakınen ilgilendi. Aynı zaman Müdür Oğuz Bey de isteklerimizi en iyi şekilde yerine getirdi. Çok samimi ve müşteri memnuniyetine özen gösteren bir tesis. Tekrardan buraya gelmek isterim. Her şey için teşekkürler.
