All 3 bedrooms, living room and loft game area provide ceiling fans & televisions. This condo also comes with central air & heat, stainless appliances, updates to kitchen and all bathrooms. Soak up the sun at the outdoor pool while the kids enjoy of kiddy pool (Open Seasonally from Mid May thru Mid September). There is a 24' covered, calm water boat slip and PWC slips available for an additional charge. Gas docks, boat and PWC rentals are all available in this same cove.
