The check-in process was quick and smooth, the hotel crew spoke about rules of the stay in decent English. The room was very clean, the facilities were top-notch and convenient. The hotel is next to a metro station entrance, saved me plenty of time in traveling to different places in Osaka. Highly recommended!!!
