The room was quite spacious, as advertised online. However, the sofa by the window sill didn't appear very clean under the lighting. The hotel offers a public bath and is conveniently located near Universal Studios. It was promoted as being the closest to the subway station, and one of the slightly more distant options from Universal itself. But in practice, all the hotels in this area are just a short walk from one another. With restaurants, 7-Eleven, Lawson, and Starbucks nearby, it's very convenient. The best part about staying near Universal is being able to enjoy the park until its 10 PM closing time, then grab a late dinner nearby before heading back to the hotel to unwind.

Located right in the heart of the shopping district, it's just a 5-minute walk to Dotonbori and about a 15-minute walk to Takashimaya. The airport bus stop is conveniently located behind Heytea, diagonally opposite the hotel, just a 5-minute walk away. Please note, the airport bus only accepts cash or Suica cards; Alipay and WeChat Pay are not accepted. Fares are 1800 JPY for adults and 900 JPY for children. The breakfast spread is plentiful, with a focus on Western options. They offer complimentary luggage storage and bottled water. The front desk staff speak excellent English, so communication is not an issue. The Italian shampoo and body wash smell lovely, though I couldn't tell the brand. Overall, it's a very nice hotel and highly recommended.

Well? The hotel is gorgeous!
Installations and the concept is amazing.
The room is spacious with amazing city view. The bed is huge and super comfortable, also pillows are kinda clouds. Loved that.
The reception always ready to help. But at the check out hour there’s a long line, so to avoid it I checked out earlier.
That was pros. Now cons.
Cleaning service always forgets something. Like one day I didn’t find cotton buds, another day they didn’t put the toilet paper etc. For such a class of the hotel it’s unacceptable.
Also there’s no iron and iron desk in a room so you should ask to bring it and if it’s peak hour you should wait some hours. Unacceptable again.
Location isn’t really wow because all the restaurants and activities and shopping are away and at the peak hours the subway is super crowded because the hotel located in the business area.
Overall, the hotel is really nice but cons are bigger so I would not stay there again.
Shinsaibashi area looks more attractive for me, also there’s another Candeo in that area so next time I’ll try to stay there.
Thanks for the reception guys and girls.
Cleaning service, please be more attentive.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. In a bustling city like Osaka, especially in a prime area where space is at a premium, choosing a central location often means compromising on room size. We had booked an airport transfer service via Ctrip, and it took approximately 35 minutes to get there from the airport. The hotel is located next to a temple; you'll know you've reached the ground floor entrance when you see a Buddha statue. You'll need to go through an automatic door to enter the building and take the elevator up to the 4th-floor lobby. We stayed in a room on the 12th floor. While the room wasn't large, it featured a sofa, a small table, and a double bed. We were two adults and one child. For August during the peak summer season, the room rate was close to 1700 RMB. A large suitcase couldn't be fully opened inside, so I simply left it near the entrance. There's a complimentary rooftop hot spring bath, but swimwear and mobile phones are not allowed inside. We didn't get to try it this time, and I feel it's not particularly suitable for families.
Good location and there is parking available underneath the hotel However, the room is quite small, the bed and pillows are soft. Overall, good service.
This was our family of three's third trip to Japan, and it was by far our most satisfying stay. Not only is the location super convenient, but we also loved being able to unwind from a day of sightseeing in the hot springs. The vibrant shopping district right downstairs was also a huge bonus. We'll definitely be back!
I used to live in Nara but now live far away, so I stayed here for the first time when visiting a friend.
This hotel is located in front of the station, so it was very convenient.
I often go to the drinking district around Yagi Station, and it was great that no matter how much I drink, the hotel was always so close by!
The interior of the facility was also very clean, and it was well-maintained.
The bath and open-air bath on the top floor were also great.
This time I only stayed overnight, so I would like to try breakfast next time.
