This our first time book just sleep hotel and we super love it. Firstly the location,super easy to find and secondly, all the receptionist can speak well English and understand whatever question u ask. The breakfast not bad,just abit salty. They provide snack time till late evening .smart!

Nice service attitudes and diversified foods choices in tight way

Good location just but need walk around 10ish from train station …. Free drink in bar but no water bottle provided inside the room … the room is so small …

The Hotel is in a great location. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Dotonbori and other spots are also within walking distance. The room is quite small but very clean and totally fine for staying while exploring Osaka.

I really like the receptionist when I first arrived at the hotel. She was very enthusiastic to help me store my luggage and introduced the hotel facilities. She knew that I was not fluent in Japanese and saw that I was a tourist from Taiwan, but she didn't seem to be impatient at all.
