It super hotel. All you need, great location, a lot of space in room. New room. Great view from balcony (photo). There are no crowds of people. We don’t hear even train even it’s near.

Good location, 5 min walk to Hanazonocho Station with a supermarket nearby and has a Family Mart right by the building. There’s another station nearby too, opposite of Hanazonocho, around 5-10 min walk as well. Room equipped with laundry machine, gas stove & cooking set, has a balcony too that you can dry your laundry. Note there are no room/cleaning service (not sure if you can request) so you have to keep your apartment clean on your own. Trash can is quite big but definitely can’t last for more than 3 days if you’re constantly disposing waste/packagings. Had to use an extra shopping bag to dispose my trash. Quiet neighbourhood and the street isn’t that dark. Overall, still a good stay, would book again.

This hotel is beside the train tracks, would not be a very good place for light sleepers. The room is very clean except that we found a cockroach in the light. There were small insects/bugs that were moving around a lot in the light. We have videos of them moving but not able to upload the video. The property told us that what we saw was the electrical wire and they changed the light bulb for us but how could wires move and why is there a need to change the light bulb when our light was working fine?
Location wise, it’s 8-10 minutes walk to all the nearby train stations. We were fine with all the walking but it would be better if nearer.

The hotel is so clean and spacious than the other hotel! 😍
We had a wonderful 9 days stay and everything were perfect. It is near to convience store and public transport (300m). Recommended to everyone 😇

第1次來到大阪入住日式民宿，超出預期。設施齊全，非常乾淨，旁邊有大超市便利店，走路不到10分鐘，地鐵站有兩條換乘都很方便，也很近，還有葯粧店真的是超級棒。每天都去超市買很多吃的，放在冰箱裏早餐都能解決了，值得推薦給大家，下次來大阪還會選擇這裏，另外前台小姐姐回覆信息非常快，感謝！
