酒店老了，維護不錯，剩在景色。服務嘛，就那樣，高於平均，但也沒超出預期。預售券價格實惠，也就沒啥要求了。能snp用萬豪權益就更好了.碰上展望台休息，不巧

第二次入住大阪萬豪，住了三晚，環境很不錯，下次還會選擇這家酒店，交通方便，周圍都是購物中心，周圍美食也很多

整潔衞生 環境舒服 服務周到 攜程團購的房券正好可以兑換昨天的行程 非常nice 性價比真的是好 推薦！

優點：地理位置非常方便，去熱門景點很近，樓下就是地鐵站和JR線，到機場也近。高層的風景特別漂亮。服務熱情，工作人員都會打招呼 缺點:1、沒有會中文的工作人員，交流就靠英語或日語，實在不行，翻譯軟件 2、房間衞生打掃很差，浴缸好像沒清洗。床單上每次回去，晚上都發現有頭髮沒的 3、自助早餐總類單一，可選性不多

Very satisfied, the room facilities are good in Japan, the floor is high, the view is very good, you can lie on the bed at night to see the city night view outside, although the room decoration does not look luxurious, in fact, the details are very well handled, 1400 a night for 5 nights, I think this is too cost-effective, downstairs is the subway station shopping mall, the transportation hub is convenient to go anywhere

Only view is really nice. All of other things are so so. If I have to visit Osaka again, I will deeply consider it to stay this hotel or not. Not recommanded place.

The room has a great view, and you can see the castle tower. The transportation to Tennoji area downstairs is very convenient. The service of Ctrip and the hotel are very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. I stayed in Sheraton and Marriott during this trip to Osaka. Marriott is much better~

싼게 비지떡 39-49층 예약했는데 낮은층 줘버림 로비가서 높은층 부탁했더니 추가금내면 55층 준다고함 내가 55층 달라했냐? 49층내에 가능한 객실 달랬지 난간뷰였으면 예약안했음 누가 39-49층에 난간이있을꺼라 생각함? 난간뷰 층수는 난간뷰를 코멘트해야함 심지어 정원사가 왔다갔다하니 커튼을 쳐라는 편지가 테이블위에있음^^ 쏘친절쓰 커튼칠꺼면 이 호텔 왜 예약함???

在日本來説，房間算大的。景觀很棒，軟硬件各方面都很不錯。服務到位，無論是要飲用水還是多一床被子，響應都很快。地理位置佳，就在JR站樓上，出行方便。周圍美食，購物，便利店，葯粧店都近在咫尺。

여행 마지막날 숙소로 이곳에서 멋진 경치보며 푹쉬었어요 ^^ 공항까지 가는 하루카도 바로 지하로 연결되서 편하게 공항까지 왔어요

호텔 자체로는 흠잡을데 없지만 뷰맛집 호텔이라면서 40층 앞에 정원뷰라니. 여기 왜 옴? 관광지 왔다갔다 다니기도 불편하고. 트립닷컴 자체에 실망함. 이제 여기는 싼게 나와도 이용안함. 얼마나 별로였냐면 호텔 사진도 안찍음.

I booked a club deluxe twin room with breakfast included and access to club lounge. However, when I checked in, I was told I could only have breakfast at the club lounge which had less food varieties than the Live Kitchen COOKA. The reason I was told was that my booking was made through travel agent instead of the Marriott official website. This is the first time I experience such issue. Hope your company can clarify with the hotel on this. After staying two nights I further raised my concerns with the front desk, I was given voucher to have breakfast at the COOKA. Actually the food is not much better than the lounge. Apart from this. the hotel is good especially the club lounge which I think it worths for money.

The hotel has an outstanding view. You can overlook the entire Osaka city from the floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the room. The view in the morning and evening is amazing! The room was clean and tidy, but it was a pity that the waiter forgot to change the used glass cup when cleaning, and left it in the bathroom, which was puzzling. The hotel is located in the city center and there are many shops downstairs. It is very convenient and has a lot of choices for eating and shopping. Our rent did not include breakfast, but the hotel gave us several breakfast coupons, which gave us a discount for having breakfast at the hotel. Tried it once, the food level and service are in line with the standards of a five-star hotel. If you sit by the window and you can overlook the beautiful scenery of Osaka, it can be regarded as a bonus for the view. Located in such a prime location with such outstanding views of Osaka city, if the hotel had a high-altitude swimming pool or spa, it would surely attract a large number of admirers to check in. It would be a pity. The waiter was willing to help. We wanted to order omakase temporarily, but due to limited information and language barrier, we had no idea where to start. It was all thanks to Ms. Saito, the trainee at the reception desk, who took the trouble to call and contact several restaurants on her behalf, and finally made a reservation at one of the restaurants, adding wonderful memories to this trip.
