Self check-in and check-out were super simple and clear. The small lobby on the first floor has a washing machine, microwave, and luggage storage. The room doesn't have a key; it uses a password lock. The beds in the twin room were very comfortable, and the room had a desk and a fridge. The bathroom, however, was really tiny 🤣

The location is good, there's a subway station a few hundred meters away, and Shinsaibashi is just a ten-minute walk. There are also places to eat downstairs. However, the room is really too small; showering is inconvenient, and it takes a long time for the bathroom smell to dissipate after using the toilet.

I had a concert at Kyocera Dome, but my night bus was canceled due to snow, so I quickly booked this hotel. It was a direct route on Midosuji Street. From the outside, it looked like a forest! There was a huge tree at the front desk! There were several check-in machines, so I didn't have to queue and could check in right away. It asked for a photo of my driver's license (why?). This might be difficult for foreigners. To get to the room, you first take the elevator at the front desk, get off on the second floor. Once you're in the hallway, there's another elevator that takes you to the guest rooms. The unique exterior, interesting check-in process, and the fun journey to the room really excited me! The room uses a password key for entry. When I checked in, a receipt-like paper came out with the password on it. It's not an auto-lock, so make sure to press the lock button before you go out. Overall, the room lighting is dim. The full-length mirror is also tucked between two walls, so you can't really see yourself. It's hard to do makeup. The bathroom is small, but if you're used to traveling, I think it's acceptable. I had a very comfortable stay. The TV settings were difficult, and I couldn't watch terrestrial digital broadcasting, but I could watch YouTube.

This is my third visit. I appreciate the wooden floors, but a downside is that I can easily hear chairs scraping in other rooms. Given the price, it's cleaner than other hotels, so I always leave feeling well-rested. One minor inconvenience is the power outlet being right in the middle of the bed, which is a bit awkward when I'm using a double bed by myself. Also, the room layouts vary, and in my current room, the heater blows directly onto my face when I lie down.

The online self check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient. The location is also great, about a 15-minute walk to Shinsaibashi and close to Utsubo Park.
