房間不大，但是衞生條件不錯，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，什麼都有，冰箱洗衣機，廁所衞生間洗漱間乾濕分離，離大阪城公園不遠

房間的空調很臟，入住以後過了幾天，發覺空調有異味及風堵問題，造成我喉嚨鼻腔不適及咳嗽，遂檢查空調，發現空調過濾網嚴重積灰，佈滿厚層污垢堵塞，嚇我一大跳，這樣骯臟的空調，顯然開業以來從未清潔過，你家裡的空調不會從來不清潔吧！這是對住客健康極不負責任的表現！這樣對住客的肺部呼吸造成嚴重傷害，並會肺部傳染疾病（例如散發新冠細菌），拆下的過濾網交給樓下前台（一位女士），並要求進行清潔處理。為保存證據，拍了照片。
衞生：附帶説一下：馬桶間、浴室的排風扇也比較臟，也沒有清潔過！

我們帶着孩子定的三人間，房間不大，裏面設施齊全，可以自己做點簡單的飯，餐具茶杯都是三套，細節很到位，洗衣機是帶烘乾的，很方便，然後被子是羽絨被，很輕很保暖，個人感覺這被子太舒服了😌，枕頭好像也是羽毛的回彈性不太好，我個人體驗感不是太好，總體來看，我還是比較喜歡這家公寓的，乾淨、整潔，服務也很好，店家很有禮貌很客氣，即使我們語言不通也特別有耐心地通過翻譯慢慢表達，有需要還會再來的。

房間空間比較大，感覺比較舒服。有沙發，可以坐，也可以睡覺。有圓桌，方便用餐。陽台朝南，可以晾曬衣服。如果沒帶洗漱用品，可以到前台自取。工作人員雖然不懂中文，藉助翻譯軟件，非常耐心地給我們添加了沙發的鋪蓋。
美中不足的是衞生間有一點異味。

距離地鐵很近才行很方便，距離大阪城公園很近可以去夜跑，距離鴨子船很近可以去遊河，前台還提供旅遊地圖和洗漱用品，不夠可以取用
