The location was good, I wasn’t so impressed with the hotel, I was placed in a smoking room when asked not to bed so the room wasn’t great, the hotel could do with updating, lots of broken things sauna was small and broken on the first day, staff we friendly and helpful but I wouldn’t stay here again

It's a very good hotel. The owner is very warm and friendly. The location is very convenient. The most important thing is that it is not easy to find this price in Osaka. I will consider staying here next time I go there.

First off, this is a hostel and not a hotel. Room smelled like smoke (non-smoking room), facilities were not clean.

Really old run down hostel, NOT a hotel. It just felt dirty, especially the shared showers that are only available on the 1st floor with only 4 stalls for an entire building! Smelled like cigarettes EVERYWHERE too. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere, trust me!

Many small insects came out of the room.
Maybe my room and bed weren't clean, but my whole body was so itchy that it started to look like eczema, and I couldn't help but feel itchy.
All I can do now is apply medicine to my body and pray that the itching and eczema will subside.
I regret choosing it because of the low price.
I felt like I never wanted to go there again.
