Given it's a budget business hotel, one shouldn't set expectations too high. Toyoko Inn is known for its convenient locations near train stations, and this particular hotel boasts excellent transport links. Stations for Osaka Metro, JR, Nankai, and Kintetsu lines are all just a 10-minute walk away. With two Don Quijote stores nearby, shopping for essentials or souvenirs is incredibly convenient. The area around Tennoji Station offers a fantastic array of shopping, from high-end luxury brands to quirky local finds, meaning there's no need to brave the crowds of Umeda or Shinsaibashi. While the hotel is situated right beside the railway tracks, the noise quickly becomes unnoticeable, causing virtually no disturbance. The window view, a blend of modern high-rises and traditional Japanese residences, is actually quite pleasant.

This is pretty standard for a Japanese business hotel, likely an older, well-established chain. The facilities are a bit dated, but that's understandable given the price point. Book in advance if you want the option of a twin room. The good thing is it didn't interfere with our shopping or sightseeing plans, as we were out all day and only returned in the evenings anyway. Breakfast is alright; you can certainly fill up if you're not too fussy.

It's conveniently located between Tennoji and Shin-Imamiya stations, about a 10-minute walk from Tennoji. I only wish it were a bit closer. The room was clean, and the self-service washing machine and dryer were very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety, with 2-3 options each for main dishes, soups, side dishes, and beverages. Overall, it provided decent value for money.

Good location and convenient for anything you want here, not far from JR station or metro station. But close by railway, but after midnight to 5-6 am is fine there.

I stayed the hotel with my family. Very convenient hotel with the excellent location, the staff is very friendly during the checkin process, many good Japanese style restaurants downstairs, pick up anyone you like! The 2025 Osaka expo is coming very soon and foresee many tourists will join and participate in this special event. Definitely will come again to stay the hotel next time !

Love this hotel because of the price and it is near to Shinsekai..like 5 minutes walk.

Hotel located 5-8mins walk from metro station. U have everything basic in the hotel. Not allow to check in early or late. Breakfast is basic but nice. Walking distance to shinsekai about 10mins

This hotel is near to many train stations. Price is affordable compared to other hotels within the same distance.

The location is between two subway station, the facility is quite old but clean.

The room was small but there was everything you may think of.
